PSAP Mission Statement
To identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance the functionality of the PeopleSoft Accounts Payable module for the mutual benefit of the Users Community and the PeopleSoft/Oracle Corporation. To be extremely active with the integration of PeopleSoft, Oracle and JD Edwards systems in the years to come.
PSAP Objectives Provide networking opportunities for PSAP
members
Increase member understanding of PeopleSoft functionality and share proven business process strategies in the areas of Vendors, Vouchers, Payments, Reporting, Technical solutions and Procure-To-Pay streamline.
To enhance the functionality of the PeopleSoft/Oracle products through direct communications with Oracle.
PSAP Objectives
Represent and voice the entire Peoplesoft Accounts Payable User Community’s business needs for future releases.
Provide a stable User Community base of knowledge to support PSAP members’ needs.
Accomplishments PSAP is a recognized User Group affiliated with
the OAUG (Oracle Application User Group) Established a mission statement and objectives Established a website with SRM Members agreed on 2 meetings annually; one
in April with the SRM group and the other the third week of October
Elected board members to get us off on the right foot and to keep us focused
Have had many of our requests added to V8.9 and many are on the list for Fusion
