Everyone knows that the human side of any project is the “make or break” factor.
Project teams pose special challenges for leaders when it comes to the human side. Complex relationships in virtual, “cross-functional” teams can challenge project leaders who may not be as articulate on the people side as they are on the project methodology side.
Methodology and process alone are not enough to regulate all human factors. And projects, like business, have one main ingredient: people.

HOW TO BRING OUT THE BEST IN PEOPLE
Bringing the best out in others is not as difficult as it seems. There are a few key things to learn, and our programs are tailored to ensure a project manager, leader and their team experience how this works and what it means.
Programs are built on core modules: Human Potential Foundation, Application and Integration. We craft programs to meet the specific business team challenges you face. Program preparation includes a project/team health check and identifying an issue you target to resolve as a result of the program.
Programs are offered individually and in groups.
COACHING FOR PROJECT LEADERS
Individual coaching supports a project leader in understanding and addressing people issues in projects as they arise. Coaching begins with the Foundation module. Afterwards, a project leader meets with their personal coach weekly—in person or virtually.
We recommend 6-12 months depending on assessment
TEAM BREAKTHROUGH PROGRAMS
Breakthrough programs show an entire team how to use human potential principles in their project collaboration.
The core team spend 4 days together: two days in Foundation and experiential absorption and two days in
applied learning, where, in real-time, the team resolves the most critical issue they are up against.
