FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (FDP)
ENLIVENING CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH
TRANSCENDENTAL MEDITATION AS A TOOL
OBJECTIVES OF NATIONAL EDUCATION POLICY.

CONCEPT NOTE:-
The Program is being organized in two Parts, Part-I Elementary
Level (October 20th
to 24th
2021) and Part-II as Advance Level
(November 24th
to 28th
2021). The Purpose of FDP is to develop all
aspects of the personality and perfection in the life living skills of
faculty of higher education institutions.
As New Education Policy 2020 is being adopted in all the
educational institutions it is time to update and prepare the
faculties to help them in accomplishing the its objectives.
The introduction of NEP itself starts stating the aim of education as
“Education is fundamental for achieving full human
potential, developing an equitable and just society, and
promoting national development.” We in India are very
fortunate to have Vedic Tradition which provides the techniques
to develop full human potential, though for few hundred years
these technologies were lost from the field of education and
practical life of individuals and societies, but in the present
scientific age through the efforts of HH Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ji
these technologies have not only been revived in their Totality but
have been validated scientifically and through the experiences of
millions of people around the world.
As per the proverb “A new seed will bring the new crop”, The time
has come not to just continuing to follow the western objective
and partial technologies but to apply the Holistic Vedic
technologies so that India can realize the age old dignity of being
Jagad Guru, not only preparing ideal human being successful in
living their lives in harmony with the almighty nature but also lead
the whole World for harmony, peace, prosperity and progress.
The present FDP will introduce the participants how to develop full
human potential, be more creative, develop cognizing abilities,
how to think not what to think, be healthy and happy and also to
prepare the same qualities in their students. This FDP will
elaborate on how to accomplish the objectives of NEP in a very
simple way effortlessly.
Basically whatever one learns or studies, the real receptor and
accumulator of Knowledge is Consciousness so as to say
“Knowledge is structured in Consciousness” and the simplest
technique of Yoga “Transcendental Meditation” develops, evolves
and enlivens the Consciousness thereby producing more Creative
and Holistic thinking leading perfection in action and success in all
aspects of life.
Consciousness being the field of all possibilities encompasses all
aspects of life so enlivening the Consciousness will improve all
aspects of life not only on the mother earth but for the whole
Cosmos.
It is our joy to invite learned faculties to join the FDP on
“Enlivening Consciousness through Transcendental Meditation as
tool to realize the objectives of NEP” and we are sure that
everyone would like join the FDP for enlightening knowledge and
experience for contributing in developing the nation as a World
leader among the family of Nations.
The program is being offered in both offline and online
modes. Whole program will be same for both but there are
some additional advantages in offline mode like chance to
learn the technique of Transcendental Meditation through
personal instructions and experience of meditating in the
environment filled with Vedic Chanting by Vedic Pundits at
the geographical center point of India “The Land of Vedas”.

CERTIFICATION:-
A test shall be conducted (may be online) by Coordinator
at the end of the program.
The certificates shall be issued to those participants who
are registered on ATAL portal http://www.aicte-india.org/atal and
attend the program with minimum 80% attendance and score
minimum 60% marks in the test.
FDP FEE:-
ATAL FDPs are completely free for participants.

ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY:
The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishvavidyalaya
(MMYVV) was established by the Act No. 37 of 1995 of Madhya
Pradesh Government. Vide Gazette notification no.537 dated 29
Nov1995. The University head office is situated at Bramhsthan of
India (Geographical centre of India) Village-Karoundi, District-
Katni (earlier Katni was Part of Jabalpur district) Madhya Pradesh.
MMYVV has been established as a statutory university like any
other statutory university in India. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic
Vishwavidyalaya is recognized by UGC under section 2(f) and is a
member of Association of Indian Universities (AIU). The MMYVV is
reputed to disseminate life oriented Vedic Education and job
oriented Modern Education. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic
Vishwavidyalaya is the only university who has introduced Vedic
Science and it’s technologies in mainstream of modern education
in totality. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Vedic Vishwavidyalaya is with
jurisdictions spread over entire state of Madhya Pradesh.
ABOUT AICTE-ATAL ACADEMY:
All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE)
through its newly established AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL)
Academy have started unique faculty development programs in
various thrust areas of modern technology. ATAL Academy
Successfully conducted 5 days face to face 190 FDP (Faculty
Development programs). The training programs were well
received throughout the country with participation from premier
institutions like IITs. ATAL Academy have also included 15 FDPs on
blended learning and flipped classroom which is very important in
post covid-19 scenario as to teach participants how to conduct
classes in virtual mode and make them comfortable taking online
exams and assignments. In the backdrop of announcement of
National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, ATAL Academy is working in
the direction of NEP, keeping in view the values and morals of
Indian Education System; this is the largest online FDP program in
India where more than 40% female participants have joined.
