Page 1 of 1 Introduction The Project Management Development Planner has been designed to help you, HR Talent Managers and your manager identify development activities that will assist you in building your project management competencies. For each competency, we have provided suggestions for on-the-job and self-directed activities for developing competencies. You will develop new behaviors through:  Learning on your own  Learning from (planned) develop-in-place assignments  Learning from others  Training workshops/E-Le arning  courses  Readings, videos, and audios The competency development activities can be applied to a wide range of jobs. For a given competency, the activities are organized according to the levels in the competency proficiency scale, starting with Fundamental level activities, followed by Operational level activities, and finally higher levels, such as Mastery and Expert.
