    Purpose and Responsibilities of the Role

    You will assist the Global Head of People with day-to-day analytical challenges in all the people-related areas of the business (Recruiting, staffing, mobility, HR, etc.), and with specific strategic initiatives.

    Undertaking analysis of data producing meaningful insights in multiple areas, including recruiting and staffing of consultants, people & culture

    Preparing reports as required including: - o Produce and maintain the weekly mass balance staffing report o Create and update KPI (RAR) documents for all people Departments and individuals o Support creation of weekly/monthly Director reports

    Assisting in measuring progress of ideas and regularly reviewing in consultation with the relevant heads of Department and escalating quickly to ensure delays/bottlenecks are effectively managed

    Working with Department Heads to identify and implement process improvements.

    Providing general support to the Global Head of People with any adhoc reports or analysis as required.
