INTRODUCTION

All methods for PCR are based on the concept of DNA strand complementarity .

PCR is one of the most important technique and it is also a key procedure in numerous basic studies involving DNA molecules.

A NEW ROLE OF GLYPICAN-3 IN HEPATOCELULAR CARCINOMA

GPC3 is a member of the glypican family of glycosylphosphatidylinositol-anchored cell-surface heparan sulfate proteoglycans.

A NEW ROLE OF GLYPICAN-3 IN HEPATOCELULAR CARCINOMA

GPC3 is highly expressed in HCC cells and tissues. It is thought that GPC3 joins a multiprotein complex, which is composed of the ligand, receptor, GPC3, and probably other proteins.

A NEW ROLE OF GLYPICAN-3 IN HEPATOCELULAR CARCINOMA

This is the first study to report that GPC3, in conjunction with MMPs and growth signaling molecules, might play an important role in the progression of HCC.

OBSERVATION

The PCR is an important, useful and fast technique that could help find an appropriate diagnosis before symptom expression.

The real-time PCR assay delivered results within two hours, whereas culture results were examined after 48 hours.

Although PCR has a high risk of false positivity, This may demonstrate a better detection sensitivity in the PCR assay.

Real-time PCR can accurately and simultaneously detect bacterial and fungal pathogens in a speedy fashion.

OBSERVATION

The PCR technique should be a requirement for eye pathogens diagnosis, because it leads to a diagnosis and therefore more specific treatments.
