PAYMENT OPTION OVERVIEW FORGIVABLE LOAN Students may qualify for a forgivable loan as follows: ✓ Down payment: $1,500 due upon registration ✓ Loan repayment: $275 per month for 24 months (approx. 5% interest) ✓ The first loan payment may be delayed until student achieves a minimum income threshold ✓ If student fails to achieve a job in commercial real estate within 24 months, the outstanding loan balance will be forgiven SCHOLARSHIP Courtesy of Fast Track alumni, hiring partners, and community partners, our scholarship program covers a portion of the total tuition. Funds are both merit- and need-based and are allocated in ways that support as many students as possible. EMPLOYER SCHOLARSHIP Many companies are willing to cover education costs in part or in full. We are happy to discuss and share extensive case studies from Fast Track with your employer to ensure they understand the value your training will bring their business. FULL PAYMENT DISCOUNT Students who pay in full before the first class will receive a $500 discount. EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT Students who register the early-registration deadline are eligible to receive a $500 discount, which may be combined with the full payment discount. INSTALLMENT PLAN Students may pay tuition off in installments: ✓ Payment 1 upon registration: $1,500 ✓ Payment 2 by Week 4: 1/2 of remaining balance ✓ Payment 3 by Week 8: Remaining balance paid in full FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM When possible, we offer a 10-week work/study program in which students support real-world CRE projects in place of tuition.
