Lab technicians can now print on-demand patient-specific labels and apply them to tissue and specimen slides as the slides are produced, before they go through the stainer. This product can withstand temperatures as high as +550oF and as low as -384.8oF. The unique self-adhesive tape may be subjected to various testing equipment such as ovens, sterilizers, and incubators. Hi-Lo temp tape combines great strength with durability and has a textured surface that may be stamped or written on with a carbon pencil.

The CS-2® Labeling System is designed primarily for labeling items in Central Service that need to be autoclaved. It is also effective for labeling in Dietary and Pharmacy. With the lightweight CS-2® labeler, you can print two lines of information with up to eight characters per line. The available characters include two gregorian dates for expiration and autoclave dating with additional bands for load and sterilizer numbers and dollar signs for price marking. The CS-2® System single ply labels are available with a specially developed autoclavable adhesive in a variety of colors and styles.
