menuRoti John- vegetarianIngredients:
1. Chilli
2. 2 onions & some shallots
3. 4 eggs
4. Curry powder
5. Pepper
6. Banana leaves and rosemary
7. French bread (long)
Steps: Dice all the onions, chilli and shallots together. Mix with eggs and add curry powder, pepper and salt (to taste). Fry until egg is almost cooked and place bread (cut into half) on the egg (inner bread on the egg). Add garnishings (optional) and serve on banana leaves for aroma.
