ショッピングの中心地パリ

パリに観光客がやってくるおもな目的のひとつはショッピングです。それもそのはず、ヨーロッパにおける商業、

モード、クリエーションの中心地であるパリには、17,000 の商店があり、プレタポルテのショップだけでも

5,500 を数えます。デパート、立ちよらずにはいられない伝統の高級ブランド、有名な商業地区が、1 年

365 日を通じてパリならではのショッピングの世界を作り上げているのです...

以前からファッションと高級品の世界では、パリは決して避けて通ることのできないレファレンスでした。また

世界的な有名ブランドはすべてパリに旗艦店を開いています。

最新の流行、新しいお店

> 今年オープンするお店から

パリでは毎週のように大胆なデザインの流行のお店が新しく開店しています。有名ブランドもそのことを

わかっていて、パリは大変魅力的なショッピングの街となっているのです。そしてその中心は、セーヌ川の両

岸なのです。

最近多くの有名高級ブランドがメンズファッションの店をマレ地区にオープンしています。このあたりは何年

も前から変貌を遂げて来ましたが、2015 年にはベー・アッシュ・ヴェー/マレ BHV/Marais 百貨店周辺

の通りを中心とする南部が大きく変わりました。数年前にこの有名な百貨店は本店のすぐそばのヴェルリ

ー通りにメンズの店舗ベー・アッシュ・ヴェー/マレ・ロム BHV/Marais L’Homme をオープン。そして以前

BHV の倉庫があったアルシーヴ通りには現在グッチ Gucci、フェンディ Fendi、ジバンシィ Givenchy、

ヴァレンチノ・オム Valentino Homme、モンクレール Moncler など多くの高級ブランドショップが軒を

連ねています。昨年後半にはサンドロ・オム Sandro Homme とヒップスター・シックブランドであるザ・ク

ープルズ The Kooples が同じ通りに開店しました。

メンズのショッピングの新しいスポットはこうしてセーヌ右岸に発展しつつあります。レディースファッションにつ

いても 2015 年には嬉しいニュースがありました。ビッグスターの愛用者も多いバッグやアクセサリーで知ら

れ、才能あふれるクリエーターのオランピア・ル・タン Olympia Le-Tan がついに自分の店をパレ・ロワイ

ヤル Palais Royal の近くにオープンしたのです。もう一人のヴォーグ誌の常連シルヴィア・トレダノ

Sylvia Toledano も、ヴァンドーム広場の界隈にミノディエール（夜会用バッグ）と貴金属宝飾の店を

出しました。

高級店が居並ぶ「黄金の三角地帯」に古い伝統を誇るビッグネームが新店舗をオープンしました。ヴィオ

ネ Vionnet です。この 1912 年創業のオートクチュールメゾンの最後の店舗は 30 年ほど前に店じまい

していましたが、このほどクリエーターのフセイン・シャラヤン Hussein Chalayan 指揮のもとカムバックを果

たしたのです。そのブティックはフランソワ・プルミエ通り rue François 1er にあり、モンテーニュ大通り

avenue Montaigne にあった創業者マドレーヌ・ヴィオネ Madeleine Vionnet のアトリエのすぐ近くです。

また、ロマンチックで非常にフェミニンなスタイルで 60 年代に一世を風靡した伝説のブランド、キャシャレ

ル Cacharel も今年新たな飛躍を遂げます。プロパーの店舗を持たない時期が 7 年続いたあと 2016

年前半にパリ市内に 2 か所、オペラ座界隈 l’Opéra とサン・ジェルマン・デ・プレ Saint-Germain-des-

Prés に店をオープンするのです。フランス人クリエーターのダニエル・エクテール Daniel Hechter もパリ

に新たな投資をしました。オペラ通りにメンズコレクションおよびレディースの服とランジェリーを扱う旗艦店

をオープンしたのです。

その他のトレンドとしては、アメリカブランドの成功が挙げられます。パリにいてもアットホームな気分が味わ

える高級バーガー店は今やパリ中で見かけるようになりました。それと同様、５つものアメリカのファッション

ブランドがパリに進出しています。シックなプレタポルテの人気ブランド、J.クルーJ. Crew はオバマ大統

領夫人ミシェルさんもご愛用ですが、このほどマレ地区に開店し多くのファンを喜ばせています。トミー・ヒ

ルフィガーTommy Hilfiger はキャプシーヌ大通り boulevard des Capucines の壮大な銀行ビルに

新たな旗艦店をオープン。すでにシャンゼリゼ Champs-Elysées にも店を出していましたが、マドレーヌ・

オペラ Madeleine - Opéra 地区の美しい 750 平米のスペースにも今後店舗を展開することになりま

す。トリー・バーチ Tory Burch はＵＳＡモードのアイドル的存在ですが、このほどエレガントなサントノ

ーレ通りに出店しました。ここではマンハッタンから直送のボヘミアンかつデラックスな衣料とアクセサリーを

扱います。一方同じＮＹブランドのコーチ Coach もそのすぐそば、パリ 2 区の同じ通りにプロパーの店

舗をオープンしました。長い歴史を持つこのブランドはすでにパリのいくつかのデパートで取り扱っていました

が、この店がパリの旗艦店となります。そして数年間パリに不在だったカルヴァン・クライン Calvin Klein

も、エティエンヌ・マルセル通り rue Etienne Marcel にオープンしたばかりのブティックでかの有名なジーン

ズやアンダーウェア、サングラスなどを売っています。

こうした海外ブランドの影響に対して 100％フランスラベルの製品にもトレンディなものが多々あり、「メイ

ド・イン・フランス」は手工芸的で郷土色豊か、エコ・レスポンシブル、なおかつモダンでファッショナブルとい

うその個性を主張しています。ル・スリップ・フランセ Le Slip Français はまだ若いブランドながらドルド

ーニュ地方で製造しているブリーフやボクサーパンツなどのアンダーウェアで予期せぬ大成功を収めていま

す。これらのレトロルックのアンダーウェアは他のフランスブランド（エーグル Aigle、サン・ジェームス Saint-

James、ジャン＝ポール・ゴーチエ Jean-Paul Gaultier）とのコラボによる衣料品とともに 2014 年末

からパリの 2 か所の店で販売しています。ひとつはマレ地区 le Marai、もうひとつはモンマルトルのアベス

Abbesses です。フランス式ノウハウのもう一つの好例は手作りの鞄とアクセサリーのレオン・フラム

Léon Flam でオー・マレチックに出店しました。もうひとつ挙げるならメンズの高級ニットを扱う若いブラン

ドシス・エ・セット Six&Sept で、こちらはマレ地区にパリで 2 軒目の店をオープンしました。

1 - いまこのスポットが熱い地区ごとのショッピング情報

>黄金の三角地帯にある店

マイヨ門 Porte Maillot からシャンゼリゼ Champs-Élysées のロータリー、ジョルジュ・サンク大通り

avenue George-V、モンテーニュ大通り avenue Montaigne。パリのこの地区には、オートクチュール、

プレタポルテなどの高級店がこれでもか、とばかりに並んでいて、ディオール Dior、シャネル Chanel、グ

ッチ Gucci、ケンゾー Kenzo、ジバンシィ Givenchy、サン－ローラン・パリ Saint-Laurent Paris

アズディン・アライア Azzedine Alaïa などがモンテーニュ大通り avenue Montaigne に軒を連ねて

います。最近フランソワ・プルミエ通り rue François 1er に開店したヴィオネ Vionnet のように、この地

区では非常に専門性の高いブティックがそろっています。エリー・サーブ Elie Saab は、パリの最も格式

あるホテルのひとつ、フォーシーズンズ・ジョルジュ・サンク Four Seasons George V の隣りにパリで２軒

目となる店を出しました。

シャンゼリゼ Champs-Elysées にも高級ブティックや有名ブランドのプレタポルテの店が並びます。また

大手自動車会社のショールーム～フランス車ではルノーRenault、プジョーPeugeot、シトロエン

Citroën～も見られます。奇数番地の並び（凱旋門に向かって左側）にはラデュレ Ladurée、ルイ・

ヴィトン Louis Vuitton、ロンシャン Longchamp、ドラッグストア・ピュブリシス Drugstore Publicis

がアバクロンビー＆フィッチ Abercrombie & Fitc、マージュ Maje、クープルズ・スポール Kooples

Sport らと軒を並べ、偶数番地側には凱旋門近くにカルチエ Cartier とモンブラン Montblan、それよ

り下がったところにティファニーTiffany & Co、そしてゲラン Guerlain の伝説のブティック・スパがありま

す。その中間にはモノプリ Monoprix、エリック・ボンパール Eric Bompard、クスミ・ティーKusmi

Tea、ザラ Zara、プティ・バトーPetit Bateau、エイチ＆エム H&M、セフォラ Sephora、それにコンセ

プトストアのル・ソワサント・シス Le 66 らがずらり勢揃いしてあらゆる趣味と予算に対応できる商品を

提供しています。また 2018 年にはギャラリー・ラファイエット Galeries Lafayette がシャンゼリゼに進

出します。この大手デパートが入るのは 9000 平米の広大な建物で、最近までそこにヴァージン・メガス

トアがありました。

キエル Sonia Rykiel、バーバリー Burberry、ラルフ・ローレン Ralph Lauren、カール・ラガーフ

ブシコ小公園 Square Boucicaut の裏手にあるパリで最もシックなデパート、ル・ボン・マルシェ Le

Bon Marché では 25000 種にのぼる商品をとりそろえており、その殆どは選りすぐりの高級品です。ま

たその近くにはシックなパリジェンヌを具現するイネス・ド・ラ・フレサンジュ Inès de la Fressange が 2015

年に新店舗をオープンしました。以前は鋳造所だった 200 平米の店では、元ファッションモデルのイネス

が自らセレクトしたインテリアグッズやメガネ、宝石類、地元の産品からランジェリーまでが取りそろえられて

います。

リヨンの紳士靴ブランド、ベクスレーBexley はエレガントで手頃な値段の靴で知られますが、このほどパ

リで７軒目の店をサン・ジェルマン大通り boulevard Saint-Germain に出しました。同じ界隈にキッズ

インテリアの店セレンディピティ Serendipity がありましたが、このほど同業のスモーラブル Smallable に

その店舗を譲渡しました。こちらはこれまでもっぱらインターネット販売でファッション、インテリア、家具、子

供のおもちゃなどを扱っていましたが、初めての店をパリに出すことになったのです。

2016 年もサン・ジェルマン地区はリニューアルが続き、年末には３軒目のアップルストア AppleStore が

サン・ジェルマン市場 Marché Saint-Germain 内にオープンします。同市場にはマークス・アンド・ス

ペンサーMarks & Spencer も入ることになっています。

>流行のファッションが集まるマレ地区 Marais

流行の店、デザインやクリエーターの店が建ち並ぶマレ地区は、アバンギャルドな場所として知られていま

す。この地区を歩くのは快適ですが、とくにロジエ通り rue des Rosiers など多くの通りが歩行者専用で、

日曜日にはフラン・ブルジョワ通り rue des Francs-Bourgeois とタンプル通り rue du Temple が車両

通行止めになりますから、快適さがさらに増しています。そしてマレ地区には、コス COS、ヴァネサ・ブリュ

ーノ Vanessa Bruno、イザベル・マラン Isabel Marant、ザ・クープルス The Kooples、マージュ

Maje、サンドロ Sandro、レペット Repetto、ザディグ＆ヴォルテール Zadig & Voltaire といったたく

さんのファッション関連のお店があります。

マレ地区の南側、ベー・アッシュ・ヴェー/マレ BHV/Marais 百貨店周辺には、昨年グッチ Gucci、モン

クレール Moncler、フェンディ Fendi、ジバンシィ Givenchy、ヴァレンチノ・オム Valentino Homme、

ザ・クープルズ The Kooples、サンドロ Sandro など多くのメンズモードブランドが開店しました。変貌を

遂げたという点ではオー・マレ地区も負けてはいません。とりわけボーマルシェ Beaumarchais とフィーユ・

デュ・カルヴェール Filles du Calvaire の両大通りには、非常に若く、クリエイティブで先鋭的なラベルが

多くやって来ました。エロトクリトス Erotokritos、レオン＆ハーパーLéon & Harper、アミ・パリ AMI

Paris、メリンダグロス Melindagloss などはすでにこの界隈に出店していましたが、2015 年にはフラン

スのトレンディーブランド、メゾン・キツネ Maison Kitsuné がそこに加わりました。その真向いに 2015 年

春オープンしたラ・メゾン・プリッソン La Maison Plisson もすでに大きな話題をよんでいます。これは大

型食品専門店で、1500 種にものぼる高級食品や小規模生産者による新鮮で高品質な食材を扱っ

ています。持ち帰りも、２つあるレストランで食べるのも可能です。

そこからほど近くにあるエレガントにして先鋭的なコンセプトストア、メルシーMerci では衣類やインテリア

用品が買えるほか、レストランスペースも２つあります。またメルシーの少し北には子供服の専門店ボン

トン Bonton が幼いコンシューマーに特化したコンセプトストアをオープンしました。ここではギフト、アクセ

サリー、衣類を扱っているほか、理容室も備えています。

マレのもうひとつのコンセプトストアは、ザ・ブロークン・アーム The Broken Arm。3 人の若いクリエータ

ーが手がけたカフェ・ブティックで、有名アクセサリーとカルヴェン Carven、ケンゾー Kenzo、クリストフ・ルメ

ール Christophe Lemaire といったファッションブランドを取り扱っています。

このように新店舗が続々誕生しているマレ地区にはイソップ Aesop、キールズ Kiehl's、アクア・ディ・

パルマ Acqua di Parma、ディプティック Diptyque、ゲラン Guerlain、ジョー・マローン Jo Malone、

アニック・グタル Annick Goutal といったボディーケア用品や香水を取り扱うお店もたくさんあります。リ

キッド Liquides は、珍しいエッセンスやフリーの調香師が作った香りを一堂に集めた、香水バーまであり

ます。シール・トリュドン Cire Trudon は目下注目度が上昇中のブランドで（ブランドの歴史は古いの

ですが）、ロジエ通り rue des Rosiers 近くのショップでフレグランスキャンドルを売っています。

En 2015, 2015 年にはシャネル Chanel がフラン・ブルジョワ通り rue des Francs-Bourgeois にコ

スメに特化した美しいブティックをオープンしました。またオランダのリテュアルス Rituals もヴィエイユ・デュ・

2015 年、メゾン・キツネ Maison Kitsuné はマレ地区だけでなく今人気のマルティール／ピガール

Martyrs/Pigalle 界隈にも新店舗を開店しました。それがコンドルセ通り rue Condorcet にある 19

世紀の歴史的建造物内にできた店です。コンドルセはこのところ変化の多い通りです。オーストラリアの

コスメブランド、イソップ Aesop が今年新たに開店し、洗練されたモードを提供するフランスブランド、ア

ー・ペー・セーA.P.C.もこれに続いて 2016 年始めに 2 軒のブティックをオープンする予定です。マルティ

ール通りの反対側、ノートルダム・ド・ロレット通り rue de Notre Dame de Lorette には、インドから輸

パリではファッション、アクセサリー、高級品のクリエーターが数多く活躍しています。毎年、展示会やファッ

ションショーが開かれて、若く才能豊かなクリエーターが見いだされたり、彼らをサポートしたりしています。

中でも最も実力を認められたクリエーターは、それぞれ少なくとも 1 軒以上の店舗をパリに開いています。

アレクシス・マビーユ Alexis Mabille、アレクサンドル・ヴォーティエ Alexandre Vauthier、ブシュ

ラ・ジャラール Bouchra Jarrar などがその例です。最近話題の新鋭たちとしては、次のような名前も

め、今年パリに５軒目の店を出しました。またロンドンはイーストエンドの「ストリートウェア」ファッションに

インスパイアされた色とりどりのドレスで人気のエロインヌ Héroïnes の2人の女性クリエーターは、今や

パリに5か所の販売拠点を持つに至りました。最先端を行くメンズファッションのブルー・ド・パナム Bleu

de Paname も輝かしい未来を約束されたブランドです。労働者の作業着の色とされるブルーを基本色

に商品を展開していますが、そのブティックはサントノーレ通りrue Saint-Honoré にあります。レディース

の若いラベル、セザーヌ Sézane はもともとネット販売のブランドでしたが、2015年に「ネットにつながった

路面店第1号」をオープンしました。この店で試着をしてからその場でオンライン注文ができる仕組みです。

トレンディーな手作りメガネのジミー・フェアリーJimmy Fairly はパリに 3 か所の店舗を持つようになり

ました。最新の店はマレ地区 le Marais にオープンしています。またその近くにはデルフィーヌ・パリアント

ルジエラ Maison Martin Margiela のデザイナー）が有名です。一度にたくさんの若手クリエーターを発

掘したければ、ラ・クール・パリ La Cour Paris にいらっしゃることをおすすめします。このスペースは、モン

> パリのパサージュの下で

パリには、18 世紀から屋根に覆われ商店が建ち並ぶパサージュ（アーケード）が作られ始めましたが、

多くはそれから 100 年ほど後に作られ、パリでも重要な 19 世紀の遺産となっています。パサージュのほ

とんどはセーヌ右岸の大通りの近くにあります。建設当時、この近辺に裕福な人々が集まっていたのです。

建物を貫くかたちでアーケードを作るのが典型的なスタイルですが、建物の建設と同時に作られたものも

あります。パサージュは屋根がガラスなので、上から光が入り、独特の雰囲気を作り出します。人混みを

さけたい、待ち合わせをする、天気を気にせず買い物をしたい、そんな希望をかなえるパサージュは発展

を続けました。

さびれた時期もありましたが、20 世紀に再び人気を集め、いまでは約 20 ヶ所を数えます。パリジャンか

らも旅行者からもとても愛されているパサージュには、たくさんのお店だけでなく、レストラン、アートギャラリ

ー、サロン・ド・テがあり、それぞれ豊かな個性を主張しています。
