Nutrition – Practice Tips

1. Avoid supplements unless prescribed by doctor

2. Drink before, during, and after practice

No water bottle at practice is the same as “out-of-uniform” – not good!

• Drink every 15m during practice

3. Eat after practice

Fundraising Assessment On Website under “Involvement”

The Dayton Raider Swim Club depends on fundraising dollars to meet its annual operating budget since training fees and registration fees do not fully fund expenses. Each family is assessed $75 per month fundraising fee. The fundraising fee is assessed per family, not per athlete. 100% credits after assessment has been met.
