Coordinator, Mrs. Dietzler– 788-7910 ext. 2341 - [email protected]

K-KIDS SECRET SERVICE CLUB The K-Kids Secret Service Club is a community service club at Mapleview. K-Kids is a part of the Kiwanis Club which links Key Club (at KHS) with us. Most of our activities will be done in smaller groups based on interest and as space allows. Students usually are placed in 2-3 activities each semester, in addition to the 2 large group activities that all can participate in. To sign up for activities, students must sign up on-line (see link in email) AND complete this permission form. If you need assistance, please contact Mrs. Dietzler. There are limited spots in each activity. We always need parents to help out at our Annual Bake Sale during Parent-Teacher Conferences. We ask ALL Secret Service members to bring in a baked good that we can sell during conferences. See additional handout for bake sale information. Parents who volunteer will need to have a background check form on file with the district. If you volunteer, I will let you know if you need to fill out this form or if we already have one on file. To participate in Secret Service, please complete the permission form below AND complete the online activity sign up by Wednesday, January 17. Activity Sign Up Form is accessible from email link, or available to students in their Google Classroom for Guidance. Late forms may not be accepted if activities are full. Emergency Medications: Please be aware that emergency medications that are provided for use during the school day will not be accessible before or after school hours. Parents and students must plan ahead to have emergency medication available during school activities such as clubs and sports. If an emergency arises and a student does not have their emergency medication available, 911 will be called. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
