Preliminary Investigation Information

I was contacted by Mike '''''''''''' on October 6, 2012. The house in question

previously belonged to his mother-in-law, Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''' Mrs. '''''''''''''''' passed

away in the home on ''''''''''' '''''' 2010. The exact nature of her passing is in question;

however it is known that she had a heart attack and pulled a grandfather clock on her

person. She was not discovered immediately and it is these facts that make the family

anxious as to whether Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' is at peace. They have conducted some candle

ceremonies in the house to try to put Mrs. '''''''''''''''' at ease and give her permission to

move on if that be her wish.

From that time Mike has felt paranormal activity that includes contact via

touching, voices, growling and visually seeing a black mass. He has felt this mass rush

him and „pass through him‟. A figure was spotted in the second floor window from the

outside and tapping, footsteps and random voices have been heard.

Mike feels that Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''' is trying to show them something because his feelings keep

pulling him to the basement and attic. Additionally a psychic told them that Mrs.

'''''''''''''''''' is trying to show them something valuable that is left in the home.

They originally contacted TAPS for help which was then handed off to a TAPS family

group called ''''''''''''''' Paranormal. '''''''''''''''' Paranormal conducted an investigation back in

2010. They did find activity in the house in the form of evps and personal experiences.

Two of the evps were attributed to Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''. One asked “can you see me” and the

other mentioned “Christian” a family member who is serving in Iraq. The other voices

were random and conveyed nothing special to the family.

'''''''''''''' Paranormal concluded their investigation with no particular closure for the

family. Since then the activity has increased. '''''''''''''''' Paranormal was unavailable when

the Field Family attempted to contact them again.

I was able to read ''''''''''''''' Paranormal‟s report and listen to the evidence they

found.

PIRC members Barbara & Kelly performed a preliminary investigation on October

14, 2012. Mike and Michele gave us a brief tour of the home. The home currently has no

power or facilities and '''' ''''' ''''''''''''' '''' '''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''' '''''' ''''' '''''''' ''''''''''. As such it was

difficult to see in some areas of the basement. Since many of Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''' files are still

located in the basement, we advised the family to review as much of these files as

possible since it is entirely possible that whatever Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' is trying to have them

find is contained within these files.

During our walk through we experienced some battery drain issues and

equipment malfunctions. The base line readings in the house were zero as expected since

there is no power in the home. We could find no logical explanations for the equipment

malfunctions or battery drains.

While on the walk through both investigators were touched but other than that

there were nothing notable. After the initial walk through, Mike heard a voice calling him

to the attic area. We accompanied him there and when the attic stairs were lowered,

Barbara was overcome with reactions to attic that included: severe headache, nausea, the

inability to breathe comfortably and pressure on her chest. Once she exited the building

most of the discomfort disappeared immediately. Once she returned home the remainder

of effects dissipated as well.

It is possible that the reaction was an empathetic one, possibly to Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''''

heart attack because we were unable to find a cause or explanation for the temporary

physical reactions Barbara experienced.

An investigation was scheduled for October 27, 2012.

Background Research

(certain information is redacted for reasons previously stated)

The property in question originally belonged to ''''''''''''''''' ''''' '''''''''' who owned a

large acreage of land covering much of the area and extending from the rear of the

houses on the southern side of Broad Street down to the Fishkill RR Depot.

The actual build date of the house is in question. Zillow lists this as 1898; however

we know this to be incorrect because an 1876 map of '''''''''''' '''''''''''' shows two identical

houses on this location. These homes were father and son homes belonging to '''' '''''''''''''

'''' '''''''' '''' ''''''''''''' '''''' It is unclear whether they passed on the property.

It is unclear how long these homes were in the ''''''''''''' family. Sometime during the

1920‟s ''''''''''''''' '''' '''''''''''' Sr moved into the home. This information was obtained through

the NY census. In 1920 he is not shown in the residence but he is there by 1930‟s census

and again in the 1940‟s census'' ''''''''''''''' ''' '''''''''' Sr. passed away in 1978 and the home

passed to his 2 children '''''''''''' ''''. and '''''''''''''''' ''' Jr. It is not clear if Mr. '''''''''' passed away

in the home.

They sold the house to ''''''''''''''' '''''''' '''''''''' ''''''''''''''''''''' in 1978 and they lived there

until 1990 when they sold the house to Mrs. '''''''''''''''''' ''''''''''''''''.

Mrs. '''''''''''''''' added an extension to the home but other than that the home and its

neighboring home still look identical from the outside.

The area is rich in history with both revolutionary and civil war activity occurring

in the vicinity. In fact several houses in the area were used as make shift medical facilities

during the small pox epidemic as well as other historical medical epidemics.

All of this can certainly add to any paranormal activity found in the location.

Geological Research1

Geological foundation of an area can contribute to the paranormal activity found at a

location. Below is a summary of the geological make up of the Fishkill/Dutchess area. The basis

for its inclusion is to support that the surrounding area consists of the type of bedrock that can

support paranormal activity, especially residual activity. Residual activity is much like a

recording in which the „haunting‟ is not intelligent in nature and unable to interact with the

current human residents but will keep repeating itself without any acknowledgment to the

human occupants. It is possible that some of the activity on the 48 Broad Street location is

residual in nature

Geological Information

Based on geological research the Fishkill area is primarily made up of Poughquag

Quartzite, Precambrian granite & gneiss and Autochthonous shale, although the area is a

composite of many geological formations. (see map below)

The Poughquag quartzite (Єp on the map) is a very hard, compact, white to gray sandstone with a quartz content greater than 90 percent. Very clean sandstones (almost pure quartz) are typically believed to be former beach deposits; winnowing (removal) by waves removed clays and other minerals. The quartzite is so hard that Native Americans mined it for stone tools and points. Although it is relatively thin (less than 50 feet), equivalent sedimentary layers extend across the United States as far west as Nevada.

Most of Dutchess County is occupied by what were originally shales and clay-rich sandstones (map units Єt-allochthonous Taconic sequence, Osh-autochthonous shales, and Oag-Austin Glen formation)

The mineral composition and structure of the shale and sandstone units change from the northwest to the southeast. Quartz and mica are found chiefly in the northwest and central parts of Dutchess County.

The cross section suggests an interesting topographic inversion (reversal) whereby the limestones are ridge-forming units in the western part of the county because the limestone is more resistant to erosion than the surrounding shales, and valley-forming units to the east where the situation is reversed. In the humid northeast United States it is more common for limestones to floor valleys because they are more susceptible to weathering and erosion than other rock types.

Mineral resources have played an important role in the development of Dutchess County since its settlement. Many of the oldest buildings in the county (including the 1765 stone Clinton House and the 1767 brick Glebe House) were constructed of locally mined materials. Historically, significant resources have included: construction aggregate (crushed stone, sand, and gravel), metallic minerals, and non-metallic minerals. Such resources can only be utilized where suitable deposits occur. Thus, gravel mines can only be located where there is a substantial reserve of gravel, and rock quarries must be situated where the bedrock has characteristics appropriate for the purpose to which it is to be put. As a result, resource-rich towns such as Amenia and Fishkill have had a more active mining industry than resource-poor towns, such as Wappinger. Unfortunately, as residential development has spread across the county, land-use conflicts have arisen and many potentially valuable resources have been lost. Rock aggregate, produced by crushing bedrock, is currently the leading mineral commodity in New York State. There are four active quarries in Dutchess County at this time. These are: the Clinton Point quarry (carbonate, Town of Poughkeepsie), Dutchess Quarry (carbonate, Pleasant Valley), the Thalle Industries quarry (gneiss, Fishkill), and the Wingdale Materials quarry (schist, Dover). The faults in the region are very old and considered to be inactive. They were formed more than 200 million years ago and have experienced little or no activity since then. Consequently, the county has historically had very few, mostly small, earthquakes.

Investigation

The approach to the investigation had a very definitive purpose. Our main goal was to

contact Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' and to first most convey that the family wanted her to be at peace and

happy. She should move on if she so felt like doing so. Additionally to learn what if any message

she has been trying to convey to Mike and Michele. This was an important aspect of the

investigation since Mike‟s been receiving feelings and messages that there was something of

value that Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' wanted them to find. Secondary was to learn if possible who the other

entities in the house were.

We began the evening by using sage throughout the entire house to cleanse the location of

any negative energy. Then we performed a live evp session. This session consisted of questions by

the family for Mrs. '''''''''''''''''' with an immediate review. The first session provided no evps.

We then broke into 3 groups. One stayed on the main level, one went to the basement and

one went to the second floor. Throughout the evening we used a variety of equipment to try to

elicit any responses or information. Multiple times we had equipment issues with no logical

explanation.

Equipment malfunctions

The REM pod produced odd results throughout the evening. We paid particular attention

to when it sounded off and tried to debunk reasons for it. For example we discovered that after

using our walkie talkies the rem pod would sound for several seconds. This did not actually occur

as we used the walkie talkies but following usage of them and as stated the rem pod set off the

different sounds and lights. As a result we were hyper-vigilant after it went off.

Sometimes it would sound off in response to a disturbance and then quiet as it should but

other times it would just produce a repeating chirp. The odd thing is that it wasn‟t a consistent

pattern. It would chirp once then sometimes twice. Sometimes the single chirp would happen 2-3

times in a row then give off a double chirp. We reset the device multiple times and even changed

the battery in an attempt to understand why it was doing this. There was no discernable reason

for its behavior.

Another weird equipment reaction was the Mel meter readings. When we performed our

preliminary readings we had none in the house at all; however the night of the investigation we

had very high readings and fluctuations. Some are probably paranormal but there were locations

where the readings were very high and practically constant. Both the Mel and ghost meter

responded to these particular areas and could be duplicated. As a result those response were

considered non-paranormal regardless of when they occurred.

Equipment responses – not considered malfunctions

We had many Mel meter fluctuations at various points throughout the evening. Some of

these corresponded to the ghost meter or KII meter and seemingly in response to questions.

One such session was with '''''''''''''''. '''''''''''''' had been speaking with her grandmother

about her recent accident in which she was hospitalized and underwent multiple surgeries. At

one point we asked if she (Mrs. ''''''''''''''') was with '''''''''''''''' at the hospital and the meters

responded. We asked if she had held her hand and watched over her and again the meters

responded. This session was very interactive and seemed to be in response to her

granddaughter‟s questions and conversation. It was a very touching point in the evening.

Other investigators had KII responses throughout the evening. Some in response to

questions asked and others seemed to be random hits as we happened to walk through their

energy.

SB7 sessions

There were 2 SB7 devices used during the investigation and several SB7 sessions were

conducted throughout the evening with these devices. The results produced were very interesting

and seemed to be in response to our questions.

In one such session we asked if “they” could tell us their name. Upon review we got

multiple responses.

One response said “John Lewis”2 and right behind it came a second response of 2 words.

The first word is a little hard to hear but could be “George” and then there is a clear response of

“Pierce” to which we all actually reacted.

I plugged these names in Google for the location and found out that in fact there were

people by those names with some significance.

The name „John Lewis‟ provided several hits of interest. The first shows a „John Lewis‟

who was a Sargent under Captain Peter Vanderbergh in the 83rd from July 11 – 31, 1755.3 He is

listed in 2 separate documents. There was also a second „John Lewis‟ who served under Captain

Peter Vandegbergh as a drummer. This information is listed in the muster rolls of the New York

provincial troops of the Hudson valley 1755-1776 as recorded by the Historical society of 1897.

The next mention is of a „John Lewis‟ of Dutchess who was the coroner and was elected in

1845. He is listed along with a „George Pierce‟ who ran for Assembly in that same election. What

is of interest is that this election produced quite a stir in that there was some vote tampering in

reference to „George Pierce‟ vs his opponent one E. Crosby. Initially George Pierce won by a small

margin and the vote was contested by E. Crosby. This resulted in a hearing in which election

officials were subpoenaed and it was found that several votes were discarded. After the hearing

George Pierce was removed from office and his opponent E. Crosby was then appointed.4

Whether or not the names John Lewis or Pierce that we received on the SB7 are these

individuals is unknown but it is of interest and a possible confirmation that these individuals are

connected to the property/area and very possibly the shadows and voices seen and heard in the

house.

Another name the SB7 produced was Richard Smith. A search on Google shows that a book written from the journal of Richard Smith of Fishkill was called “A Tour of Four Great

Rivers – the Hudson, Mohawk, Susquehanna and Delaware in 1769” 5

Additionally there was another Richard Smith (b: 1795) who was born to a Samuel Smith (B: 1760) who resided in Fishkill, NY. It is unknown if Richard spent any time in Fishkill.6 There are various mentions of other Richard Smiths in the Fishkill area. There is no way to confirm if the Richard Smith mentioned is any of these. The point is that it is possible since we were able to confirm the presence of several Richard Smiths.

We do know that this house and the house next door was owned by a '''' Smith so it is conceivable that Richard Smith was a relative.

During other SB7 sessions we heard voices that said other names including what

appeared to be the family‟s names. Any of these recorded sessions that are clear enough are

presented in the evidence section. Some of the names we thought we heard I was unable to pick

up out of these recorded SB7 sessions and therefore they will not be listed.

KII & Ghost meter Interaction

There were multiple times throughout the evening where we seem to have intelligent

interaction through the use of the KII and Ghost meter. One very special poignant moment was

with '''''''''''''''', Mrs' ''''''''''''''''''' granddaughter. When asked if she had been present during the time

when '''''''''''''' was hospitalized, the meter responded. Asked if she had held her hand during her

operation, the meter once again responded.7

There were several evps found. Below is a basic description of what there were. Only the

word that we think we hear will be listed here. The actual file name will be listed on the evidence

appendices. Some words will be very clear9 but some words listed are not so clear10 and the

interpretation of the investigation team. It is not uncommon to hear a different word since these

are merely interpretations. The listed order of the evp recordings may not be the actual order in

which they were obtained.

“Car” – this word gets said right after Barbara is talking about ''''''''''''''''' car.

“Follow Me” – This is heard as one of the investigation team is walking to another room.

It was not heard the night of the investigation.

“Go” – This word is spoken as Michele is speaking with her mom.

“Here” – In the clip you can hear Barbara trouble shooting the Rem pod and Michele

mentions that the KII meter is responding

“Huh” – It is unclear if it is this word or just a moan. In the background you can hear the

Rem pod chirping. This file was amplified for easier listening.

“Hurt” – Again it is unclear if this is the word „hurt‟ or another word. The file was

amplified to make it easier but this is just a best guess.

“I am” – this comes in response to the question „we just want to know if you are here with

us tonight?‟ This file was amplified for easier listening.

“I‟m here” – This appears as the investigators are speaking as if to make itself known. It

sounds like a male voice.

Moan – This sounds like a moan. Only Barbara, Kelly and Michele are present.

“Necklace” – this comes as a response to asking for information. This file was amplified

for easier listening.

“Pick Up” – This is heard during one of the sessions trying to reach Mrs. ''''''''''''''''.

Strange sound – This is a very odd sound that occurs during one of the sessions. We were

unable to debunk the sound as being mechanical.

“Theres More” – In the background you can hear investigators conducting a session. It is

unknown whether this is a response to one of those questions.

Throat clear then “Why are you here” or Why are we here”.

Whisper in upstairs/attic – It is not clear what is being said but there sounds like a yell

then a whisper.

“Yes – here” – picked up during one of the sessions.

Ghost Meter Responses:

There are 2 recordings corresponding to when we were asking Mrs. ''''''''''''''''''' if she was with

''''''''''''' during her hospital stay.

SB7 responses: There are many spirit box recordings that seem to answer questions

intelligently. The spirit box was using the fastest scan rate in reverse during these recordings. The

listed order of the recordings may not be exact order of how they were obtained.

Several of the spirit box recordings had either the noise removed or hiss removed. This did alter

the sound of the recording but in no way did it change the actual words of the recording. In most

cases the original file is included for comparison.

You can hear the team responding at the time of the sessions and in nearly all cases what they

thought they heard is what was being said. There were some recordings where some words were

not heard at the time but upon review were present. The following is an edited version of the full

recording included on the disk. The only purpose is to relay the overall gist of the dialog.11

The name “Smith” had been heard and asked the first name of our investigator Smith -

“Carl” was the response. I had thought it was naming our team but this was probably one

of the “Smiths” who lived here. (2 files)

The question was “how‟s dad?” – the response “Could be worse”

“Dad” was said during one of the sessions.

“Don‟t” this came in response to our investigators saying they were going downstairs to

investigate a high emf reading. (2 files)

“Ok” came at the end of the evening as we were preparing to leave. I had said „if there is

something you want to tell Michele & Mike when they come back…”, she responded “ok”

and then once we acknowledged that we said alright and „thanked‟ them for having us and

the response was “alright”

“Yes I can” – response to the question „are you able to come forward?‟

“Richard Smith – hello” came in response to asking „can you tell us your name?‟ (2 files)

“I know” in response to „she‟s ok you know‟

“Go” – there is something before the word go but it is unclear.

“Underthesteps1” response to where to find the object Mrs. Tibbetts wants found. This

was asked several times in different location. The responses are eerily similar sounding.

“Underthesteps2” response to where to find the object Mrs. Tibbetts wants found.

„Unknedited‟ This response is difficult to hear but interesting. In the background you hear

investigators speaking. This was from the upstairs. (2 files)

Whistling – this was not heard at the time. We are packing up to leave.

A word is said then „intel‟ – very odd – it is distinctly male. Considering the historical

potential we included it. (2 files)

Personal Experiences:

Kelly's:

Initial Meeting Barbara and I met with the client on Sunday October 14th. After the interview at the local diner, we were invited to see the house. Description of the home layout: The house was two stories with a non-habitable attic, full finished basement and addition off the back. The addition, on the basement level, was intended to be a dance studio to allow the client's Mother, and former resident, teach dance. The first floor starting at the front of the house included a living room, formal dining room with a doorway to the basement, kitchen and pantry. Beyond the dining room toward the back of the house, was a long and narrow space used as Mrs' '''''''''''''''''' Office and supply room. Beyond this space was a small hallway with closets on the side, the master bedroom, full bath and large closet. The second floor consisted of three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms had been occupied by previous boarders. From the second floor ceiling was a retractable ladder to the attic, which was empty and functional as a storage space. Personal Impressions & Baseline: It was a beautiful fall day, sunny, clear and the temperature was a comfortable 78F. Upon entering the house we walked into a rush of cold air. And though the initial baseline reading was an average temperature of 50F, the house actually felt colder than it was. There were gaps under doors in the basement, and the house was nearly devoid of furniture which could account for the coolness of the space. There were no EMF (ElectroMagnetic Frequencies) detected anywhere in the residence. During the tour of the home, we experienced battery drain on both the MEL meter and the K2 meter.

When inspecting the attic, I was standing on the ladder and my hip was level to the attic floor. I was looking around the attic and suddenly felt a hand on my waist...it felt something between a slap and a poke, but very gentle. The Investigation 27 October 2012

We met the client at the house and I gave Drew and Jason a tour of the home. Upon coming down the stairs from the second floor I felt a gentle hand on my head. In the basement, I felt cobwebs on my face. The cobwebs could be explained based on the number of webs in the basement, however the experience occurred in spaces where others had previous been, and webs were not visible. The majority of the evening I remained on the first floor at base station (living room) and investigating the master bedroom. During the evening we seemed to have constant low level detection on the K2, and occasional spikes; however we were not able to elicit an intelligent response to questions. In the master bedroom the Rem pod sounded and at first seemed to react to the talkies, however then for no reason seemed to signal sporadically and behaved oddly all evening. After my investigation of the Master bedroom, I started to experience a physical reaction and had to excuse myself. I went to nearby restaurant to use the rest room and, upon returning, felt insecure the remainder of the evening. During a session with the spirt box, there was an indication that we should look under the stairs so I went to the basement where I found Jason, ''''''''''''' and '''''''''''. We looked at all of the possible stairs and found a couple of places the client might want to investigate further;

At the bottom of the basement stairs there is an electrical junction box and wooden shelf unit. There are open spaces behind these as well as the foundation wall.

In the dance studio, there is a storage room which is two steps up from the studio, there are spaces in the walls that should be explored further.

Before the evening was over, we started to get crazy readings on the Mel and K2 especially at floor level that could not be explained. Jason and Drew went to the basement to investigate and the spirit box said 'Get Out' multiple times, at which point we pulled the boys out of the basement and began to wrap up. Barbara’s:

I‟m not going to duplicate the information supplied by Kelly but just provide any additional

information pertaining to my experience.

During our initial walk-through I did get touched and I did feel the „cobweb‟ feeling while I was in

the basement. Both feelings were brief and without incident. I did have a brief feeling of

lightheadedness when I poked my head up into the attic but it was uneventful. The remainder of

the walk-through was relatively mild as Kelly took readings.

At one point Mike said he was getting a feeling to go back to the attic. We went upstairs to further

investigate. Mike lowered the steps to the attic and as they touched the floor I was immediately

struck by a headache, chest pressure, the inability to breathe easily and nausea. I became severely

lightheaded and disoriented and needed to leave the house for fear of being sick.

Once I stepped outside the headache dissipated immediately as did the breathing restriction. The

pressure subsided as well as the lightheadedness. While I no longer felt that I was going to be

sick, I did still feel nauseous. This lasted until I got home and was able to rest. There was no

obvious reason for this reaction.

It is possible that this was an empathetic reaction to Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' heart attack. In any case it was

brief in nature.

The Investigation The night of the investigation went smoothly. We performed many live evp sessions in which we immediately listened back to the recording in an attempt to get information that the family could immediately follow up on. We did the same with the spirit box sessions, reacting to any information provided. I was at a loss for some of the high emf readings we were getting. At times it would be flat lined and then without explanation it would spike or stay high. Since there is no power in the home and we did not see high emf readings during the preliminary I could find no rational explanation. Some of these readings might be attributed to paranormal activity especially if we had other equipment responses to verify; however not all the readings could be attributed to the paranormal. It is possible that there were some items grounded to pipes and even though the power was turned off the ground gave off emf readings. I was at a loss for the behavior of the rem pod. This device does not normally beep or chirp. It responds only to a disturbance of the field around the antenna. Several times throughout the evening it would begin this chirping. Sometimes it would give off one chirp sometime two consecutive chirps. At times it seemed like it was chirping in response to questions. I changed the battery and had to reset it several times. It still remains a mystery as to why it performed this way.

I remained on the main floor the entire night of the investigation so that I would have no

empathetic reactions to disrupt the investigation.

Jason’s:

During the ''''''''''''''''''' home investigation, I investigated in multiple rooms and unfortunately had

no real personal experiences.

I did, however, have many k2 hits that I cannot explain.

With there being no power in the home and it seeming to be inconsistent, I am not sure what

could have caused the hits.

In some cases the hits happened after we would ask a question but it wasn't consistent. I did have

k2 hits in 2 of the upstairs rooms and in the basement dance studio.

Just a note, the electrical panel at the bottom of the basement stairs was giving off an emf but it

seemed to stay close to the box itself.

While investigating in the basement, I noticed that in the dance studio that at least one of the

walls had a gap behind it. The wall to the left as you enter the room from the other part of the

basement has that gap. If you go to the little set of stairs in the left corner of the room you can

actually look behind the wall and see that it is moved out because of a pipe that is there. I know

the family feels like someone is trying to show/tell them something in the home and I just wanted

to mention what I noticed.

The only spot in the home where I didn't get any k2 hits while investigating was the attic.

Hopefully we are able to help out this family.

Drew’s:

The first experience I had was as Kelly & I saged the house. It occurred while we were in the

basement along the mirrors, I heard a disembodied voice unfortunately there were no recorders

turned on to capture it. However, whilst walking around in the basement, I felt something gently

stroke the top of my ear and there were absolutely no cob webs around

When the investigation started, Me, Mike and '''''''''' ventured down the basement, while we did

not capture anything on the recorders, both Mike and I were touched at least two times, around

the elbow, shoulder area.

I went upstairs several times with various people, absolutely nothing happened on the K2 or mel

meter, it was almost like a sterile environment

Most, if not all recordings were captured by base and other than being touched in the basement,

nothing else physical happened.

Conclusion

The goals of the investigation team was to try to make contact with Mrs. ''''' ''''''''''''''''',

confer to her that her family wanted to assure she is fine, to find out who else might be in the

home and to try to learn what Mrs. '''''''''''''''''' is trying to tell her family and if there is an item,

where they should look.

It is the opinion of this investigator that the evps and spirit box sessions did convey this

information. Below is this information:13

We received many acknowledgements of a personal nature including the clients‟ names

and responses to personal questions.

We heard the names: Richard Smith, Carl, John Lewis and Pierce. These might be among

the other residents in the house.

In reference to what Mrs. ''''''''''''''''' is trying to tell them we were told to look under the

steps and one evp actually said „necklace‟.

There were some very personal and poignant responses for the family. (I love you many

times and meter responses that she (Mrs. '''''''''''''''') was with her granddaughter during

her recent hospital visits.)

It appears that Michele‟s dad also came through.

We received what appeared to be many intelligent responses throughout the evening both

as evps and spirit box from others including Mrs. '''''''''''''''''''.

Additional Information:

Based on various investigators searches the following recommendations are made as areas to

look for the item(s) Mrs. '''''''''''''''''' wants found. These are taken directly from personal

experiences.

Kelly: During a session with the spirt box, there was an indication that we should look under the stairs so I went to the basement where I found Jason, ''''''''''' and '''''''''''. We looked at all of the possible stairs and found a couple of places the client might want to investigate further;

At the bottom of the basement stairs there is an electrical junction box and wooden shelf unit. There are open spaces behind these as well as the foundation wall.
