We were founded on March 4, 2017 with a simple idea of bring-ing a taste of Guam to the forefront of the culinary world. Growing up at the ranch, in the village of Agat, food brought family and friends together. Here at Para Hita, LLC, we embrace being different while staying true to our roots. We use the same ingredients and simplicity of the way of the ranch while utilizing refined cooking and preparation techniques to create a modern approach to Guam cuisine.
Our products are professionally made through countless hours of research and development. All of our recipes are developed in-house and are unique to our company. We guarantee all of our products are made using quality ingredients and made with island love. When in doubt, keep it island!

Red Rice is a staple at every celebration on Guam and the most important dish on the table. Every family has that one family member that makes red rice for every fiesta or celebration and momma Do-ris was my family’s go-to red rice maker. Para Hita’s red rice mimics momma Doris’ recipe and the love & passion she instills in every pot of red rice she makes. There are many pots of red rice made, but none like momma Doris’!
