PayMax has a very robust module for management of Employee details. All the employee information you may ever need is available right at your fingertips. This module also allows for updating employee information like marital status, employee status, residence information, contact information etc. along with photographs. Even vital documents related to the Employee such as Address Proofs can be attached directly with the Employee details.

PayMax has been developed using the proven Microsoft tools like Visual Studio .net 2005, Sql Server 2008, Crystal Reports that ensure high levels of performances without compromising on its user-friendliness. Its based on the 3-tier architecture that gives PayMax high scalability.

PayMax lets you specify paydays for each designation, department or the entire organization. Employee details like basic pay, investments, arrears, standard allowances, deductions, special allowances, bonus, Leaves, etc. are used to generate the PaySlip.

PayMax can compute taxes due based on the major prevalent taxation laws. It comes with the ability to add multiple categories, user definable salary slabs, sections and sub sections which aid in staying up-to-date with all the latest Taxation laws and changes, even in the future.

PayMax stores all the information in a secured manner, which can be accessed or modified by authorized personnel only. For usage, authorized users must log in to PayMax using their login credentials. Depending upon the access rights alloted to the users, PayMax will present them with intuitive menus which will allow them access only to authorized areas only.

Regular reports like attendances, overtime, achievements, advance, loans etc. can be easily generated. PayMax maintains Employee service & history records as well. Overall costs, employee CTC, Attrition Rate and a host of MIS reports are also provided with PayMax. Statutory Report of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF are also available. We also provide customized reports if any are needed.

PayMax supports Multi-Company, Multi-Branch, Multi-User concept and has a centralized database so that all Users can have 24X7 access to the system. PayMax also supports Anywhere Access – meaning the application can be accessed from anywhere on any system by an authorized user.

PayMax has an auto-backup feature to avoid losing data & to protect your data in case of Hardware failures. Regular backups also ensure that the system adheres to legalization & compliance issues. Auto-BackUp also helps to reduce human intervention in such an important task and reduce the possibility of someone forgetting to take a backup.
