This position coordinates the events put on by the Founda-tion, Alumni and Logrollers organizations. Responsibilities include maintaining the database of donors and alumni, accounting tasks, processing mail, donations and correspondence on a daily basis. As-sists with volunteer recruitment and promotion of Foundation. This position requires a flexible work schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends when events are held. QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree preferred in business admin-istration, accounting or related area, or equivalent work experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dakota College at Bottineau is seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and orga-nized IT technician to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing support for all areas of IT. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization.

IT Support Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Keep systems up to date through operating systems upgrades, Monitor networking equipment and servers, Assist with the design, implementation, and ongoing support of new software and features, Monitor network availability, and security, Oversee troubleshooting for system errors, Provide help desk support for all IT related issues, Provide technical support ei-ther by phone, remote access or site visits as needed, Respond to IT issues, hardware maintenance, software, networking, printing, etc., Evaluate connectivity issues, equip-ment, and software, Modify configurations, utilities, software, etc., Set up equipment for new users, Perform data backups, Install and update network system improve-ments as needed and Assist with LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/trouble-shooting software, printers, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more.

IT Support Technician Requirements and Qualifications: Two-year college degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred, Previous experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or IT support, ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues, ability to multi task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently, excellent verbal and written com-munication skills, comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment, goal-oriented, organized team player, up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades and ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment.
