Our customised, zipper close grape bags have vent holes allowing the fruit to breathe and maintain freshness for longer. They are anti fog and made from a strong and resilient low density polyethylene material. The generous bottom gusset increases grape storage space.

Bag on roll

We provide many sizes and compositions to accommodate customer needs. Continuous rolls of plastic bags are perforated below the heat seal so they tear off easily and accurately to keep production rolling.

Laminated Films

Flow wrap film

Present your fresh produce at its best with printed flow wrap film. The film is printed in up to eight high-resolution colours at different widths. Our flow wrap film is usable with all vertical form fill and seal flow pack machines with little or no changes to current machine settings.

Micro PerforationMacro Perforation

Micro perforation contains micro holes, which enable gas permeation to maintain the rate of respiration of food products. This extends shelf life and moisture retention of the produce. We have standard perforation patterns available to suit produce, with custom perforation patterns also available.

Our macro perforation enhances product freshness and shelf-life by allowing produce to breathe. We have standard perforation patterns available to suit most fresh fruit and vegetable products, with custom perforation patterns to suit your product requirements.

Lidding films

We have the expertise to meet any lidding requirements, including the ability to use thermoform, semi-rigid bottom web films. Our lidding films helping extend the shelf life of the product and manufactured in HACCP certified facilities.

Laser Perforation/MAP

Integrated Packaging utilises PerfoTec Laser Perforation technology. The PerfoTec Respiration Measurement system fine tunes packaging’s transmission rates. The Laser unit creates the micro-perforations to achieve the correct permeability extending the freshness considerably.

Grape bags

Our laminated film more efficiently blocks out light which better prevents premature aging. Extremely durable and environmentally resistant with the barrier protection extending shelf life. Up to 8 colours may be used for printing.

IPG stock wicketed bags in various sizes and styles for various applications. Our clear wicketed bags meet all specifications for food contact. A bottom gusset provides extra space for the proper arrangement and presentation of produce inside.

Food waste and loss is a significant contributor to global emissions and climate change. Integrated Packaging is fighting food waste with Perfotec Laser Perforator and Respirator System.

Integrated Packaging is the only Australian organisation that utilises PerfoTec Laser Perforation technology to provide our customers with unmatched packaging solutions for fresh produce with extended shelf-life, improved product presentation, reduced freight costs and reduced food waste.

The PerfoTec Respiration Measurement system essentially fine tunes packaging’s transmission rates. The combination of Respirator and Laser Unit is very effective at putting fruit and vegetables to sleep, extending the freshness considerably.

The technology is particularly well suited to large farming operations, with the same or similar crops being harvested across different seasons and also growers who have farming operations in different regions that have a different climate.
