Social media and more specifically social networking is popular with business people
Companies do not have rules of engagement and open themselves up to reputation and security risks
People are taking unnecessary risks due to ignorance and self confidence (= I-do-not-need-to-read-the-manual syndrome)
A social media/networking policy is the best way to address these shortcomings!
