Isn’t it wonderful to be a child of God and to have so many wondrous blessing and promises from our Creator? We certainly have a loving and caring Father, as we consider all that God does in our daily lives. Therefore, I hope and pray we are all making the most of these rich blessings and doing all we can to serve a loving Savior! It was good to receive our updated membership books last Sunday. I really feel these books do a lot to improve our communication between one another. They also help give updated information about all of our works which we are involved in as a family of God. I am always encouraged by the interest of our brothers and sisters at K.E. in the many good works we are doing for God. Whether we are talking about our many local efforts or our works abroad, God continues to bless us to do so much in His service and for His Kingdom. It is wonderful to be a part of such a working and active family of God who love the souls of mankind and want to get the Gospel to the lost and dying of this world, no matter where they are! I pray that we will always have this spirit of Christ in our daily lives, as we try to all we can to know God and stay busy in His work. I also look forward to our new Agape group assignments. As you all remember, one of the purposes of this work is to help us to get to know one another, get involved and work with others within our family here at K.E. Hopefully, we will all be able to spend some time with those we don’t normally and get to know them better as we fellowship and work for God. Also, remember that we still have two groups meeting at the same time for our monthly meals, so you still get to be with your other friends as well. I hope we will all take advantage of this good program and all it does to accomplish the work of the Lord in the area of Evangelism, Encouragement and Benevolence. How sweet it is to be a part of the family of God. Also, let me say that it was good to have the update last Sunday evening from brother Seth and his trip with dad to Zambia. I appreciate brother Seth so much for he is a fine man of God with a love for souls, and even a willingness to travel himself to places that are not always easy to go to. I also look forward to hearing Dad give us an update on Uganda in the near future. This Sunday night we have a treat. As always our young men will be taking the leadership role during worship, but we will also have brother Zach present our message of the evening. Most of you know that brother Zach is one of the students at the BIM. It will be great to hear his message from God’s Word and to see how he is growing in his service for God. I look forward to our gathering tonight as we give time to our God. Also remember that the Lord’s day is a required time to give God our best. I know I will see you all at these assemblies of God’s people, as His faithful children. God bless! *Ray Sullins*
