We are now accepting contributions for decorating our altar at Christmas. From now until December 8th, you may submit your Christmas Flower Envelope including your offering and the intention. Flower envelopes were included in your Offertory Envelope Packet. Additional Christmas Flower envelopes can be found in the Gathering Space. Your envelope with clearly printed intentions may be placed in the Offertory Collection Basket or mailed to the Parish Office. The suggested gift is $10.00 per intention.All intentions received prior to the December 8th deadline will be printed in the Christmas bulletin.

FUNERAL MINISTRY BAKE SALEThe Funeral Ministry’s Bake Sale will be December 16th and 17th after all Masses. NOMINATIONS NOW OPENFOR THE 2018 CATHOLIC MAN OF THE YEARThe Catholic Men’s Luncheon Club is accepting nominations for the Diocese of Columbus 2018 Catholic Man of the Year. This annual award – to be presented by Bishop Frederick Campbell on Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Men’s Luncheon – recognizes one layman who, through his daily actions, words, and prayers, exemplifies the “good and faithful servant.” The recipient will have the opportunity to share his personal testimony during the ceremony. Email the completed nomination form and up to five supporting testimonials to [email protected]. Submit a nomination and let us know why your husband, father, son, uncle, brother or friend is the Catholic Man of the Year!

ENROLLMENT AT OLP2018-2019 enrollment for Kindergarten and open spots in grades 1-8 is now open for Our Lady of Peace parish members. Please stop by the school office to pick up an enrollment folder. The following is needed along with the completed application.
• Birth certificate (copy only)
• Baptismal certificate (copy only) if not baptized at Our Lady of Peace
• Most recent report card for students entering grades 1-8
• Custody papers if parents are separated or divorced
• Completed Medical forms (Immunization record, health history, physical exam form
A child must be 5 years old by September 30 in order to be considered for Kindergarten. Please call the school office at 614-267-4535 if you would like to schedule a tour or have any questions.
OHIO DOMINICAN UNIVERSITY ANNOUNCESSCHOLARSHIP FOR MILITARY STUDENTS
Ohio Dominican has announced a new scholarship to benefit current military service members, veterans and military education benefits-eligible dependents. Beginning in January of 2018, ODU’s Salute to Service Scholarship will cover up to $3,000.00 in tuition per semester that is not already covered by military education benefits, or other state and federal grants and scholarships. The scholarship may also be applied toward other fees, including activity and orientation fees to reduce or completely cover the remaining cost of an ODU education.
