MESSAGE My warmest felicitations to Our Lady of Grace Credit Cooperative (OLGCC), the Officers, Staff, all members and stakeholders on your 46th Annual General Assembly on March 23, 2013. For less than half-a-century of its cooperative journey, OLGCC has exemplified an enviable legacy of excellence, development and an irrefutable stability setting an exceptional example worthy to be

emulated by other coops in Caloocan and the nearby cities. With the recognition given by the United Nation to the importance of the cooperatives worldwide, great many things are expected to come out from this sector. As such, I urge the dynamic leaders of OLGCC to continue to innovate your products and services to international quality standards, adhere to the mission, vision and goal of the coop, exemplify the highest form of integrity, commitment and good governance and epitomize the true spirit of cooperativism. Strengthen your coop more by streaming your membership, encourage your own family to join and embrace cooperativism as a way of life. May your theme “Pagbabago Tungo sa Maunlad na Pamayana” always be the guiding force of all your cooperative endeavours. The CDA was able to forge Memorandum of Agreement with different National Government Agencies as well as the Local Government Units which aim to strengthen the grass roots of our cooperatives. We formed strong ties with the unions, federations and other institutions with cooperative development pursuits in implementing and achieving the flagship program of this agency. I am happy to announce that the CDA has achieved the ISO 2008:9001 certification which calibrates the kind of services this agency renders to the cooperative sector, pursuing a grand dream of guiding all coops in the country to attain the same Quality Management System certification in not so distant future. These endeavours were painstakingly undertaken by our agency with just one target in mind… to be the best agency in service of the cooperatives nationwide. We therefore request cooperative leaders to regularly visit our website: www.cda.gov.ph for valuable information on Memorandum Circular issuances and policy directions being implemented by our agency so that we can gear our synchronized actions towards the same direction… to the path of progression and excellence. PART IREGISTRATIONThe 45th General Assembly of Our Lady of Grace Credit Cooperative started at 12PM of March 24, 2012. Registration took place with 752 total number of attendees/members comprising of 691 MIGS nad 61 Non-MIGS. BUSINESS PRODUCT PRESENTATIONThe following Products/Companies participated in the event by exhibiting and promoting their pro-ducs being offered to members for business opportunities and loan services. The participating Products/Companies are:

PART IIOPENING CEREMONIESThe Invocation was led by Dir. Joselito Reyes followed by the Philippine National Athem. Thereafter, the General Manager, Ms. Ana Marie Agustin, acknowledged the Members coming form various areas, followed by the acknowledgement of the OLGCC Board of Directors, Officers, Committee Members, Management and Staff. Ms. Agustin also acknowledged the presence of Mr. Fernando Laquindanum Jr., CDA Cooperative Development Specialist for Caloocan City. The Welcome Address was rendered by the Chairman Nelson Dela Cruz with emphasis on strengthen-ing the operations of OLGCC and building-up its membership and the enhancment of its products and services for members’ continuous patronage.

Chairman Nelson Dela Cruz expressed his plan of action that more developments are upcoming upon the implementation of the new operational structure, hence, OLGCC is hopeful to target a higher Net Surplus for the coming years and creation of Social Action Team will be stabilized to arrest of increasing Delinquent Accounts.

This is also a year in which OLGCC is preparing to extend its operations by creating Satellite Offices in order to capture more members and widen the scope of OLGCC.

Cabochan is one of the owners of CVC Supermarket Inc. a supermarket purely hailed in Caloocan City, and still going strong up to the present time. He is a graduate of University of the Philip-pines, a businessman and presently a professor at the Ateneo de Manila University, and President of the Philippine Supermarket Association.

Mr. Cabochan’s advocacy is to promote the value of “tangkilikan” among Filipinos. His slogan says: “Tangkilikin gawang Pilipino suportahan lokal na trabaho.” He shared that in the spirit of “tangki-likan” everyone have the opportunity to help each other and patronize each other’s products and ser-vices. He also expressed that this kind of activity is very much fitting in a cooperative sector because Mr. Cabochan believed that in cooperativism one of its CORE VALUES is to make people help themselves and make these people help people helps themselves. He believed this kind of principle showing support to one another can create opprtunities and develop businesses in their chosen field.

After the inspirational talk rendered by Mr. Cabochan, the participants of the Sining-Tsikiting Work-shop staged a presentation, thereafter raffle of consolation prizes follows.

PART IIIBUSINESS PROPERI. CALL TO ORDERChairman Nelson Dela Cruz, as the presiding called the meeting to order at 3:40 p.m.

II. PROOF OF DUE NOTICE & CERTIFICATION OF QUORUMThe Board Secretary, Ms. Erlinda Tiongson announced and declared to the General Assembly that at ex-actly 1:45PM a quorum was called consisting of 691 Members in Good Standing present at the General Assembly. She also announced that proof of Due Notice has been served through personal and mailed invitations, also thru email and Batingaw Newsletter announcements.

III. READING & APPROVAL OF THE PREVIOUS MINUTES OF THE 42nd GENERAL ASSEM-BLY dated March 24, 2012Mr. Elmer Padua with Account No. 10344, made a Motion for the approval of the Minutes of the 44th Annual General Assembly and for the dispensation of the reading of the previous Minutes. It was duly seconded by Ms. Rizalina Bautista with account No. 010180. IV. APPROVED GA RESOLUTIONSGA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-001Resolved, as it is hereby Resolved, that upon Motion of Mrs. Hilaria Silverio (Account No. 012194) and was duly seconded by Ms. Eva Abuyen (Account No. 11544), the General Assembly has approved the OLGCC Board Resolutions series of 2011-2012 starting from Board Resolution No. 2011-III-221 to Board Resolution No. 2012-II-036.

GA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-002Resolved, as it is hereby Resolved, that upon Motion of Mr. Manuel Torres (Account No. 16881) and was duly seconded by Mr. Ric Sapo (Account No. 16935), the General Assembly has approved the Report of the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Nelson de la Cruz.

GA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-003Resolved, as it is hereby Resolved, that upon Motion of Ms. Amaryllis Betiong (Account No. 13720) and was duly seconded by Mrs. Marilyn Mariano (Account No. 11703) the General Assembly has approved the Report of the General Manager, Ms. Ana Marie G. Agustin, the Operational Plans (Devel-opmental Plans) for the Year 2012, and the Projection Budget for the Year 2012.

GA RESOLUTION NO. 2012-006Resolved, as it is hereby Resolved, that during the OLGCC Annual General Assembly held on March 24, 2012 the general membership consisting of 2/3 votes has approved the following amendments on the Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws as follows: ARTICLES OF COOPERATION: Article IV Area of Operation, Article VI Common Bond of Membership, Article X Capitalization; BY-LAWS: Article IV Sec. 25 Qualification of Board of Directors, Sec. 28 Election of Officers, Article X Sec. 57 Mediation and Conciliation, Sec. 58 Disputes Involving Members of the Mediation and Conciliation Committee and Board of Directors.

V. OPEN FORUMDuring the open forum, a clarification coming from members was deliberated on the matter of the Amendments to the Articles and By-laws of the Cooperation which was approved during the Annual General Assembly held on March 19, 2011 with G.A. Resolution No. 2011-003. The specific provi-sions in the Articles and By-laws of Cooperation, that was amended and was validated by the 2/3 votes of members in good standing were as follows:

My responsibility is to express an opinion on these financial statements based on our audits. I conducted my audit in accordance with Philippine Standards in Auditing. Those standards require that I comply with ethical requirements and plan and perform the audit to obtain reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements are free from material misstatements. An audit involves performing procedures to obtain audit evidence about the amounts and disclosure in the financial statements. The procedures selected depend on the auditor’s judgment, including the assessment of the risks of material misstatements of the financial statements, whether due to fraud or error. The Financial Statements have been prepared in conformity with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards applicable to cooperatives in the Philippines and reflect amounts that are based on estimates and informed judgment of management with appropriate consideration to materiality.

Furthermore, the Management is responsible for all information and representations contained in all the other tax returns filed for the reporting period, including, but not limited, to the value added tax and/or percentage tax returns, withholding tax returns, documentary stamp tax returns, and any and all other tax returns.

In this regard, the Management affirms that the attached audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2012 and the accompanying Annual Income Tax Return are in accordance with the books and records of OUR LADY OF GRACE CREDIT COOPERATIVE are complete and correct in all material respects. (a) the Annual Income Tax Return has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended, and pertinent tax regulations and other issuances of the Department of Finance and the Bureau of Internal Revenue;

NOTES TO THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS For Calendar Year ended December 31, 2012

I - GENERAL INFORMATION/ BACKGROUND OF OPERATION:The OUR LADY OF GRACE CREDIT COOPERATIVE was registered as a primary, non-agricultural, credit cooperative with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA). It was registered in accordance with the Republic Act 6938 under Reg. No. 1730856 dated January 22, 1991. and then the recent R. A. 9520 under Registration No. 9520-16000924 on October 22, 2009.

II - SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIES: To facilitate the understanding of the financial statements, the more significant accounting policies and practices of the Cooperative are summarized as follows:

Basis of the Preparation/Partial Adoption of New/Revised Philippine Accounting Standards-

The financial statements have been prepared on a historical cost and on a going concern basis which contemplate the realization of assets and settlement of liabilities in the normal course of business.Statement of Compliance:

The accounting policies adopted in preparing the financial statements are generally based on the applicable Philippine Fi-nancial Reporting Standards (PFRS) that became effective in 2005. The principal accounting and financial reporting policies applied in the preparation of these financial statements are set out below. These policies have been consistently applied to all the years presented, unless otherwise stated.

PAS 1 “ Presentation of Financial Statements” – This provides a framework within which an equity assesses how to present fairly the effects of transactions and events. It provides the criteria for classifying liabilities as current or non-current, pro-hibits the presentation of items of income and expense as extraordinary items, specifies disclosures about the judgments made by management in applying accounting policies, the key sources of estimating uncertainty at the balance sheet date that have significant risks.

PAS 8 “ Accounting Polices, Changes in Accounting Estimates and Errors”. This eliminates the concept of fundamental er-ror and the allowed alternative to retrospective application of voluntary changes in accounting policies and retrospective restatement to correct prior period errors. The standard defines material omissions and misstatements and describes how to apply the concept of materiality when applying accounting policies and correcting errors.

Assets ImpairmentThe carrying amounts of the Company’s assets are reviewed at each balance sheet date to determine whether there is an indication of impairment. If such indication exists, the asset’s recoverable amount is estimated. An impairment loss is rec-ognized whenever the carrying amount of an asset exceeds its recoverable amount. Impairment losses, if any, are charged to current operations. The recoverable amount is the greater of the asset’s net selling price and value in use.An impairment loss is reversed if there has been a change in the estimate used to determine the recoverable amount. An impairment loss is reversed only to the extent that the asset’s carrying amount does not exceed the carrying amount that would have been determined, net of depreciation or amortization, if no impairment loss had been recognized. Reversals of impairment are recognized in the statements of income.

Accounts and Other PayablesTrade and Other Payables are recognized in the period in which the related money, goods or services are received or when a legally enforceable claim against the Company is established.

Functional and Presentation CurrencyItems included in the financial statements are measured using the currency of the primary economic environment in which the entity is operated. (functional currency). The financial statements are presented in the Philippine Peso, which is the company’s functional and presentation currency.

Significant Accounting Judgments, Assumptions and EstimatesThe preparation of the financial statements requires management to make assumptions and estimates that affect the amounts reported in the financial statements and the accompanying notes. The estimates and assumptions used in the accompanying financial statements are based upon management’s evaluation of relevant facts and circumstances as of the date of the financial statements. Actual results could differ from such estimates. Future events may occur which will cause the judgments and assumptions used in arriving at the estimates to change. The effects of any change in judgments and estimates are reflected in the financial statements as they become reasonably determinable.

PAS 16 “ Property, Plant and Equipments” prescribes the accounting treatment for property, plant and equipment and related disclosure requirements. It provides guidance on initial and subsequent recognition as well as measurement after recognition. It requires depreciation for each significant part of an item of property, plant and equipment. The Standard also provides guidance on the determination of the carrying amount of the assets, the residual value, depreciation period and de-recognition principles to be observed.

The adoption of PAS 16 in 2005 resulted in management’s annual review of the useful lives, residual values, depreciation method, capitalization policy and accounting policy of the organization’s property and equipment.

Estimated Useful LivesThe useful lives of the cooperative’s items of property and equipment are estimated based on the per year—over which the asset is expected to be available for use. Such estimation is based on a collectible—assessment of similar business, internal technical evaluation and experience with similar assets. The estimated useful life of each asset is reviewed peri-odically and updated if expectations differ from previous estimates due to physical wear and tear, technical or commercial obsolescence and legal or other limits on the use of the assets. It is possible, however, that future results of operations could be materially affected by changes in the amounts and timing of recorded expenses brought about by changes in the factors mentioned above. A reduction in the estimated useful life of any item of property and equipment would increase the recorded operating expenses and decrease the carrying value of property and equipment.

The useful lives and depreciation method are reviewed periodically to ensure that such useful lives and depreciation meth-od are consistent with the expected pattern of economic benefits from those assets.

The initial cost of property and equipment comprises its acquisition cost and other charges directly attributable in bringing the asset to its working condition and location for its intended use. Depreciation of the property and equipment commenc-es once the assets are put into operational use.

RETIREMENT COSTSThe retirement expense is determined using the entry age method. This method reflects service rendered by employees to the date of valuation and spreads the cost evenly over all other periods of service making up the working lives of par-ticipating employees.

Past service costs are amortized over the expected remaining lives of the employees. The cooperative is trying to start a retirement fund that will suffice the needs of the employees by setting aside a fixed amount for building up the retirement fund.

Tax Exempt OrganizationThe cooperative’s activities are covered by tax exempt provision of Section 30(E) of RA 8424 otherwise known as the Na-tional Revenue Code which states that a corporation or an association not organized for profit but operated exclusively for the benefit of the members and no part of the net income and its assets or portion thereof, shall inure or belong to the benefit of any member, organizer, officer or any specific person is a tax exempt corporation.

COMMENTS, SUGGESTIONS & RECOMMENDATION: •There is a need to regularly review and/or amend the Articles of Cooperation and By-Laws of the cooperative in order to conform to the new rulings under RA 9520 of the New Cooperative Code of 2008. •The Certificate of Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) must also be updated in order to conform with the exemptions being granted to all cooperatives, Certificate of Tax Exemption from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) is valid for five years from date of issue.•Registration of all books of accounts with the Bureau of Internal Revenue were complied and accomplished.•Renewal of Barangay/Business Permits and other regulatory licenses were complied/renewed and updated.•Accountable officers should be covered with sufficient surety bond and must be renewed promptly.•To observe proper designation of persons in authority as signatories specifically on major transactions.• Net Surplus is properly allocated as prescribed in RA 9520.

The Executive Committee is proud to report the financial condition and result of operations of OLGCC for the year 2012.

FINANCIAL AND STRATEGIC HIGHLIGHTS

PROFITABILITYThe net surplus for the year 2012 amounted to P6,206,132.40. This is so far the highest net surplus achieved eversinceOLGCC existed.

Our Gross Revenue increased at 84% amounts to P 25,997,621.80 Million from last year’s P14,100,143.64 Million.

LIQUIDITYOur total cash at the end of year 2012 amounts to P31,796,543.95 million. This is 24% higher than last year’s P25,653,802.56 million.

With the increase of Net income for year 2012, our general reserve funds also increased by P475,347.74 which totals to P 620,613.24 from last year’s P145,265.50.

STABILITYMember’s Share Capital increased over 16% from P 55,866,231.69 million in year 2011 to P64,994,099.69million by year end 2012.

Our general membership ending the year 2012 is 11,614 members equivalent to 9% increase from last years’ 10,666 members

GROWTHThe total assets increased by 33%, from P134,563,309.99Million in 2011 to P178,808,512.13 Million by year end 2012. The loan releases increased by 66% from last year’s released of P80,580,689.00 Million to P133,398,574.00 Million by year ending 2012.

Loan patronage has increased by 186% from last year’s 2,005 borrowers up to present 5,741 borrowers ending the year 2012.

Living with the principle of Uplifting Peoples lives, we wanted to reach the vast majority of the community to avail of all the services of OLGCC. We have opened several business centers in Metro Manila as well as satellite offices in Caloocan City.

REPORT OF THE FINANCE & ASSET LIABILITY MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE

The role of our Committee is to facilitate and maximize the profitability of the cooperative. This includes managing deposit funds, acquired assets, savings, share capital and external debts. For the past years of operations the assets and deposit funds are not utilized due to low demand for loans and limited business operations.

From the year 2011 up to present the membership grew three-folds from the past ten years and the demand for loan funds increased. Coincide with the increase of membership is the development and innovations of different OLGCC products and services to cater the needs of the growing membership. The launching of other products and services to maximize profitability becomes inevitable.

To accommodate and respond to these demands we have partnered with the Bank of Florida and City State Bank to assist and finance the necessary fund requirements. By maximizing funds from time deposits and building asset for collateral we have satisfied the demand requirements and have gained marvelous profits for the cooperative. Therefore all idle funds and tangible assets are now maximized for fund utility and profit gain.

Makikita sa datos ng kasapian na nakapagtala ng pinakamalaking bilang ng recruitment ang taong 2011 kung kaya ang naging focus ng komite ay makalikha ng mga bagong produkto na susuporta sa malaking bilang ng kasapian ng OLGCC.

Mula sa bagong mga rekrut noong YR2011 na may kabuuang 10,666 na kasapi ay nadagdagan pa ng mga bagong rekrut ng YR 2012 na may kabuuang 11,614. Dahil sa impact na nangyari ng nakaraang taon ay nakilala ang OLGCC at dumami ang nagnanais na maging kasapi sa ating kooperatiba. Gayunpaman, naging prayoridad ng komite na gawing batayan ang “Kalidad” ng mga aplikante bago sila tanggapin bilang miyembro ng OLGCC.

Inilunsad ng komite ang mga proyektong tutugon sa pangangailangan ng komunidad at mga kasapi ng kooperatiba. Prayoridad sa pagbuo ng mga produkto ay ang prinsipyong maka-kalikasan at makatao at nakakatulong sa kalusugan ng komunidad (Environmental friendly, pro-community, Health & Wellness).

Taos-puso po kaming nagpapasalamat sa inyong pagsuporta sa mga dati nating produkto, at muli kaming umaasa na inyo din pong tatangkilikin ang mga bago nating produkto.

In the year 2012, the Audit Committee has done audit tasks which included surprise cash count, checking & physical validation of OLGCC properties. The Committee also performed tests and examination of documents and review of policies & procedures to ensure the adequacy of existing internal control to safeguard cooperative assets.

The Committee has passed some recommendations that could help in strengthening the procedures that would minimize delinquencies. More over we also focus on improving existing policies that contributed in strengthening more the internal control of the coop-erative.

This year, as we were building up satellite offices, the Audit Committee will be facing a new challenge and ensuring to contribute more in safeguarding coop assets and setting our commitment in OLGCC expansion.

I would like to pay tribute to fellow members of OLGCC and to the members of the Audit Committee their commitment, knowledge and expert advice were essential to the effec-tive discharge of the Audit Committee’s functions during the course of the year. Ang layunin ng OLGCC sa pangungulekta ay batay sa prinsipyong “Effective & Efficient Collection”. Mula dito ay inilunsad ng OLGCC ang estratehiyang “Oplan AGAP” at “Oplan-SAT” na hinati sa ibat-ibang grupo at tinawag na Team AGAP at SAT. Itinalaga ang mga Account Executives at Team Leaders na mangasiwa sa bawat team na may kani-kanyang ‘area of operations’ upang matutukan ang koleksyon.

1. AGAP – “Aksyon Agad sa Pangungulekta”. Ang team na ito ang maniningil sa mga delay ang bayad sa itinakdang monthly amortization (current accounts). Kinakailangan ang maagap na aksyon upang hindi na lumaki ang kakulangan sa buwanang hulog na kadalasan ay humahantong sa pagiging past due ng account.

2. SAT – “Social Action Team”. Ang team na ito ang maniningil sa mga ‘problem account’ at mga utang na lumampas na sa termino ng kanilang utang. Kailangan ang tutok at masinsinang pag-monitor sa mga account na ito.

3. Pagtalaga ng Loan Mediation Consultant sa pamamagitan ni Mr. Nestor Suguitan ng Regional Trial Court (RTC-Caloocan), na siyang mamamagitan ng mga kaso sa pagpapautang bago ito maipasa sa legal department para sa pormal na kaso.

4. Pagtalaga ng Legal Department sa pamamagitan ni Atty. Yolanda Pavia na mag-aasikaso kaugnay ng mga legal na usapin sa mga ‘problem account.’ Gayundin ang iba pang polisiya sa pagpapautang at ang pagsasadokumento ng mga compromise agreement at mga kolateral sa utang.

Ang mga aksyon na binanggit ay subok na epektibo at mabisang solusyon sa pangungulekta. Nasisiguro ng OLGCC na maibabalik ang pondo ng kooperatiba at makokolekta ang lahat ng mga pautang.

LOAN RELEASESYR 2012

Inuulat ng Komite ang resulta ng pagpapautang sa taong 2012. Nakamit ng 120% ang target batay sa aktwal na datos ng Loan Releases. Mas malaki ito ng 66% kumpara sa nakalipas na taong 2011. Ang kabuuang halaga ng Loan Releases ay 133,398,574 Milyong piso na may 5,741 kasapi na naserbisyuhan.

Isa sa pangunahing ginampanan ng komite ay ang pag-aaral at pagrebisa ng mga Loan Policies at pagbabago ng mga panuntunan sa pagpapautang na naayon sa kasalukuyang pangangailangan ng mga kasapi. Nalulugod po kami sa magandang resulta ng ating pagpapautang.

Makikita sa datos na sa 1st Quarter ng taong 2012 ay nakamit na agad ang target sa pagpapautang. Ito ang nakapag-contribute ng malaki sa kinita ng ating kooperatiba. Kasabay ng mga pagbabago sa polisiya ng pagpapautang ay gumaan ang pasok ng kita at koleksyon.

Taon 1986 nagsimula ako maghulog ng savings sa OLGCC sa halagang P20.00/day. Nuong una hindi ko hinahangad na mag-loan ang importante lang sa akin ay makaipon. Hanggang sa sinubu-kan ko mag-loan ng halaga P20,000.00. Sa mga oras na nagigipit at may kailangang bilhin, OLGCC ang una naiisip na lapitan. At bilang miyembro alam ko ang aking obligasyon, magbayad ng tama sa oras nang sa gayon lalo pang umunlad ang ating cooperative at mas marami pa ang matulungan. Patuloy ang paghulog sa savings at mas dagdagan pa ang share capital.

Isang Mapagpalang araw! Lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa pamunuan ng OLGCC sa pagpili sa akin bilang ‘’Out-standing Member” ng ating kooperatiba. Sa ilang taon kong pagiging miyembro , malaki po ang nait-ulong sa akin lalo na sa pag-aaral ng aking anak. Sa katunayan po sa darating na Marso ay magtatapos na sa kolehiyo sa kursong “ Accountancy” ang aking anak na panganay. Ang ating ating kooperatiba ay laging handa na tumugon sa ating pinansyal na pangangailangan. Ang importante lang ay maging responsible tayo sa pagbabayad ng ating obligasyon buwan – buwan. Sapagkat ang pag-unlad ng ating kooperatiba ay nasa ating patuloy na pagtangkilik sa mga programa nito. Dalangin ko po ang patuloy na pagpapala ng ating Poong Maykapal.

Marami ang nagsasabi na maganda at malaki ang tulong na maging miyembro ng OLGCC. Kaya’t nahikayat ako sumali at hindi ako nagkamali sa aking desisyon. Una napakalaki ang naitulong sa akin ng OLGCC sa aking hanapbuhay. Nagkaroon ako ng tricycle, scooter at napag–aral ko ang aking mga anak. Pero kabalikat nito ang ating responsibilidad bilang isang miyembro ng ating koop-eratiba. Dapat natin isipin at gawin na magbayad ng tama sa oras o mas maganda mas maaga kung kakayanin, nang sa ganon mas lalo pa umunlad ang ating kooperatiba.

Marami po ang nagsasabi na maganda ang patakaran ng OLGCC kaya sinubukan ko mag-pa-member, at hindi ako nagkamali. Kaya pala tumagal ng 46 years ang OLGCC dahil sa maganda patakaran. Ang laki ng tulong ng coop sa akin at sa aking pamilya. Una naging magaan ang takbo ng aming negosyo at napataas ko ang aming bahay hanggang 4th floor. Hindi lang sa material na bagay sila nakakatulong, naramdaman ko ang pagmamahal ng bawat isa ng damayan nila ako nung namatay ang aking mahal na asawa. Nakakuha ako ng damayan fund. Sa mga kapwa ko member, magbayad o maghulog po tayo ng tama sa oras para po maiwasan ang late payment. Hinihiling ko po na ibalik ang “ X – Lane “ ng sa gayon ay mas lalo po mahikayat ang ating mga member na magbayad ng tama sa oras.

Inalok ako ng aking kumare na maging member ng Our Lady of Grace Credit Cooperative, at hindi ako nagkamali sa aking naging desisyon na maging member ng ating cooperative. Unang–unang nagustuhan ko sa patakaran ng OLGCC ay mababa ang interest ng pagpapautang at marami ng serbisyong ibinibigay sa mga member. Sa oras ng kagipitan napakalaking tulong ng kooperatiba. Sa katulad kong chicken vendor nagkaroon ako ng siyam (9) na pwesto. At hanggang ngayon patuloy pa rin akong natuulungan ng OLGCC sa pandagdag puhunan sa aking negosyo.

Marami ang nagsasabi na maliit lang ang interest sa pagpapautang ng OLGCC kaya nahikayat ako maging miyembro ng OLGCC. Sinubukan ko at nakapagpatayo ako ng bahay , nagkaroon ako ng sarili sasakyan at higit sa lahat napag–aral ko ang aking anak sa kolehiyo sa tulong ng OLGCC. Ang lahat ng yan madali ko nakamit sapagkat nakipag tulungan at nakiisa ako sa patakaran at layunin ng ating kooperatiba. Una , hindi ko kinalimutan ang aking responsibilidad sa tuwing ako ay nangungutang , nagbabayad sa oras at kung minsan mas maaga pa ng sa gayon manatili ang magandang record.

Isa sa aking mga kaibigan ang humikayat sa akin na sumali sa kooperatiba. Sa totoo lang noong una , hindi ko naisipan na mag-savings, dahil sa naririnig ko na mababa lang ang interest naisipan ko agad na mangutang pampagawa ng bahay. At nagpapasalamat ako ng malaki sa OLGCC kasi napatayo ko ang aking bahay hanggang tatlong palapag (3rd flr). Sa oras ng kagipitan at pangangailangan hindi na ako nahihirapan humanap ng matatakbuhan ng tulong sapagkat kahit anong oras natutulungan ako ng kooperatiba. Para sa mga kapwa ko member maging masipag lamang at responsable nang sa gayon lalo pa umunlad ang ating kooperatiba at mas marami pa tayo matulungan.

Kaya ako sumali sa Our Lady of Grace Cooperative ay sa dahilang gusto kong lumawak ang aking kaalaman tungkol sa pag-nenegosyo na alam ko na malaki ang maitutulong sa akin ng OLGCC. Bilang isang negosyante lumago ang aking mga negosyo sa pag-Loan sa OLGCC na maliit lang ang interest na kinaltas at kayang-kayang bayaran ng isang miyembrong katulad ko.

Ang maipapayo ko sa mga miyembro ng OLGCC, kapag ikaw ay umutang siguraduhing magbayad sa tamang araw para maging maganda ang takbo ng negosyo mo. Sa ganda ng pagbabayad ko ng utang, nabigyan ako ng mabilis na proseso ng Loan na “Express Lane”. Sa pangungutang ko sa OLGCC na-kabili ako ng tatlong water station at nakapagpagawa ako ng bahay.

Umatend ako ng seminar ng OLGCC at nagustuhan ko ito. Noong una savings lang ako ng savings hanggang sa naisipan ko mag-loan. Una ko ni-loan ay nakatulong sa pag-aaral ng aking anak. Pangala-wa nakapagpagawa ako ng bahay. Kaya hinikayat ko rin ang aking mga anak na maging miymebro ng OLGCC. Maipapayo ko sa mga kapwa ko miyembro na magbayad ng tama \oras o kaya mag issue na tayo ng PDC as loan payment. Para naman sa mga empleyado ng OLGCC nagpapasalamat ako kasama ng pamilya ko sa serbisyong ibinibigay ninyo sa amin.

Hinikayat ako ng aking tiyahin na isa ring miyembro ng OLGCC na maging miyembro ng ating ko-operatiba. Bukod sa maliit ang tubo ay nasiyahan pa ko sa serbisyong ibinibigay ng OLGCC. Lalo na sa tulad ko single parent , napakalaki tulong sa akin ng OLGCC, una na dito ang pandagdag tuition sa pag-aaral ng aking mga anak. Para sa akin mas maganda kung mangungutang ka, bukod sa updated na ung account mo nadadagdagan pa ang share capital mo. Pero syempre dapat huwag natin kalimutan magbayad ng tama sa oras nang sa gayon mas marami pang miyembro ang matulungan.
