WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE THE BEST POSSIBLE CARE AND SUPPORT TO MEET THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS.

Our Hub is a facility provided by Mental Health Resource where activities are provided within a safe and supportive environment, to help boost confidence and encourage positive thinking to help people on the path to recovery.

Workshops provided in the Hub can be community based settings including the general public to help break down the barrier associated with mental ill health.

Highly trained staff believe that everyone should have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and help them identify realistic short, and long term goals for that individual person to achieve. This gives that person a sense of achievement and purpose about their lives.

We believe with the appropriate help and support individuals have a greater chance of recovery,.

We hope that with our ongoing support, we can help our people maintain positive outcomes as they face new challenges in their day to day lives.

As a charity we strive to ensure that we provide the best service we can offer to ensure that individuals can eventually return to work whether it be paid or voluntary.

At our Hub you can choose from a range of activities ranging from Art and Pottery to Computer Studies and Needlecraft.
