Skye Group has the specialty staff and experience to manage the
challenges with retail development within the airport environment.
Airport retail opportunities have evolved dramatically over the past
decade to include expanded retail locations, luxury brands and regional
specialty restaurants. Security protocol, scheduling and construction
management of airport retail has become increasingly complex.
Skye Group was called upon when the City
of Cleveland forged a contract with AIRMALL
USA to develop and manage concessions at
Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE). The new AIRMALL at
CLE encompasses 76,000 FT of retail space, nearly double the previous
concessions program. Coordination included over 55 distinct retail
and food tenants including Hudson News, Johnston & Murphy, Taxco
Sterling, Villa Pizza, Currito, Bruegger’s, Gordon Biersch, Panini’s,
Great Lakes Brewery among others.
Skye was also retained when The Massachusetts
Port Authority (Massport) contracted with AIRMALL
to manage the retail, food and beverage operations
for Boston Logan International Airport’s two main
terminals (B and E). Totaling 90,000 SF of retail concession space. The
project boasts more than 35 restaurants/bars, 20 specialty retail units,
13 news & gift stores and a host of other services, all part of a dynamic
retail mix that has dramatically enhanced the passenger experience.

FOOD COURTS
Dining Plaza, Dining Terrace, Food Pavilion, Food Court...
multiple dining options offered in an inspiring, well designed
public gathering space, whether indoors or outdoors is the core
anchoring public space of most shopping centers in both urban
and suburban settings. Relocating, rebuilding, re-branding
food courts is a high ROI capital improvement strategy for
many developers and Landlords.
Executing successfully in this arena requires expert knowledge
and past experience with the many complex facets of these proj-
ects: food service trends, aesthetic creativity, technical knowl-
edge of complex MEP systems, food operations knowledge of
deliveries as well as disposal of food waste.
The Skye Group, a CBRE company, opens over 100 food court
and QSR stores each year across the US and Canada. Some of
our past project successes include:

Dining Plaza, Dining Terrace, Food Pavilion, Food Court...multiple
dining options offered in an inspiring, well designed public gathering
space, whether indoors or outdoors is the core anchoring public
space of most shopping centers in both urban and suburban
settings. Relocating, rebuilding, re-branding food courts is a high
ROI capital improvement strategy for many developers and
Landlords.
Executing successfully in this arena requires expert knowledge and
past experience with the many complex facets of these projects:.
food service trends, aesthetic creativity, technical knowledge of
complex MEP systems, food operations knowledge of deliveries as
well as disposal of food waste.
The Skye Group team opens over 100 food court and QSR stores
each year across the US and Canada. Some of our past project

CINEMA & THEATERCONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
C I N E M A & T H E AT E R .Construction Management
Now more than ever, Landlord’s rely
upon cinemas to anchor the critical food
and entertainment experience in virtually
all new and redeveloped shopping
centers. Today’s cinema concepts have
evolved drastically resulting from new
projection technologies as well as the expanding entertainment offerings
cinema operators are bringing to the movie house concept. Chef driven
restaurants, sports bars, bowling alleys
and night clubs now anchor the core
program of theater operations and also
make these buildings increasingly more
complex to design, build/deliver on time.
With over 250 screens worth of build-
to-suit experience, the Skye Group
construction team understands and anticipates the issues, complexities
and high level of coordination required to deliver cinema buildings
on time. Our team expertly manages the
interface between both Landlord and cinema
architectural and construction teams and
manages the timely coordination, delivery
and installation of the specialized FF&E
packages including kitchen equipment,
seats, screens and projection equipment.

AIRPORT RETAILTENANT COORDINATION
Skye Group, a CBRE company, has the specialty staff and
experience to manage the challenges with retail development
within the airport environment. Airport retail opportunities have
evolved dramatically over the past decade to include expanded
retail locations, luxury brands and regional specialty restau-
rants. Security protocol, scheduling and construction manage-
ment of airport retail has become increasingly complex.
Skye Group was called upon when the
City of Cleveland forged a contract with
AIRMALL USA to develop and manage
concessions at Cleveland Hopkins Inter-
national Airport (CLE). The new AIRMALL at CLE encompasses
76,000 FT of retail space, nearly double the previous conces-
sions program. Coordination included over 55 distinct retail
and food tenants including Hudson News, Johnston & Murphy,
Taxco Sterling, Villa Pizza, Currito, Bruegger’s, Gordon Biersch,
Panini’s, Great Lakes Brewery among others.
Skye was also retained when The Massachu-
setts Port Authority (Massport) contracted with
AIRMALL to manage the retail, food and bev-
erage operations for Boston Logan Interna-
tional Airport’s two main terminals (B and E). Totaling 90,000
SF of retail concession space. The project boasts more than 35
restaurants/bars, 20 specialty retail units, 13 news & gift stores
and a host of other services, all part of a dynamic retail mix that
has dramatically enhanced the passenger experience.
