OUR DEDICATION: From small intimate wedding ceremonies to large multi-room industry conferences we can support a whole range of exciting and original events here at the Eldorado. We specialize in the finer details of making your experience a success; such as live event production, in-room tech assistance, custom accent lighting and custom show design to really make your occasion stand out.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT: Our AV team is experienced in assisting groups with everything from power point presentations to HD video and audio recording. If you have specialized Audio/Video needs it is recommended that we provide you with a dedicated AV technician to assist in the success of your event.

EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION: We have a strong commitment to providing safety & efficiency for all show setups. This is reflected by the taping down of all video/audio and power cables that go into your set-up. We thoroughly believe your show should be a success and this starts with safety. We also put emphasis on prompt set-up and tear down of your equipment at the conclusion of your event.

RENTAL POLICIES: All rental rates are per day, per room. As well, all AV services/equipment are subject to sales tax and service charges. For events with more sophisticated equipment and labor needs we can happily provide you with an AV estimate to review beforehand. We can also offer package pricing on items depending on the duration/size of your event. All equipment/labor pricing is subject to change without notice.

Additional labor charges will apply to more complex requirements at the above hourly rates. All equipment will be set up one hour prior to start time if your meeting space is available. 4 hour minimum charge on all labor.
