Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)
SEASONAL AFFECTIVE DISORDER (SAD)
A pattern of seasonal depression experienced by otherwise healthy, happy people. Typically, fall and winter bring “down” feelings.
Typical symptoms:Mood and appetite changes, weight gain,
varying sleep and patters of activity Mood lifts with the onset of spring!
