Phase 1: transformationAvison Young will be our first business champion pushing the solution to their roster of clients. Subsequent marketing strategy opening to community energy schemes, assets managers, landlord associations, etc.
Phase 2: operationAcquired clients from Phase 1 will naturally roll in the next step. Additional traction will be driven by pull marketing: e.g stimuli from targeted end-users, vendors & services adjacencies, access to certification & flexibility features, etc.
