Vineland Pointe is a new 450,000 SF retail shopping center located

adjacent to Simon’s popular Orlando Vineland Premium Outlet Mall, at

the intersection of I-4 and Daryl Carter Parkway.

Under the new I-4 Ultimate Improvement Project, plans are in-place to

create an interchange where I-4 meets Daryl Carter Parkway. This will

directly connect the site to the highly trafficked interstate. Vineland

Pointe Phase I opened holiday season 2018. Phase II and III openings

to follow 4th quarter 2019/1st quarter 2020.

FDOT plans to add a full diamond interchange at I-4 and Daryl Carter Parkway,

adjacent to the Vineland Pointe development. This interchange will provide immediate

accessibility from I-4 with traffic proceeding directly through the Site.

Even more notably, this is the only planned full diamond interchange on the entire 130-

mile stretch of I-4 between Tampa and Daytona. The new overpass alone has dramatically

improved traffic counts and development on the East side of I-4, but coupled with

the new interchange, will greatly increase the already exceptional improvements. The

interchange has been designed, fully-funded and approved.
