The endowment fund provides an on-going financial tool to the church

and our community to fund projects not included in the annual budget. In

past years the revenue from the endowment fund has been able to

purchase and repair appliances for the kitchen, provide new learning

opportunities to the pre-school and fund Eagle Scout projects that directly

benefited the church. As the fund grows we are excited to see how God

will use this amazing gift to impact CUMC and the community we serve. If

you are interested in contributing to this fund, additional information can

be found in the brochures in the lobby located near the exterior doors.

Christ UMC has a group of dedicated drivers who take turns driving one of

our members from Schwenkfeld Manor to the 11:00 service each Sunday.

With Tom Harrison's departure, there is an opening for a 5th Sunday driver/

sub. If this is a volunteer position that you would be interested in filling,

please contact the church office to learn more.

Bob Vincent will be selling gift cards today. He will be selling after first

service and before second service but not after second service.

It's time to make Christmas cards! The Susannah Wesley Circle is teaming

with Liberty Ministries to create Christmas greetings. Every year, just before

Christmas, Liberty Ministries goes into Montgomery County Correctional

Facility to hand out hope to the inmates. Every single inmate receives a

Christmas Stocking during a time when these men and women probably

will not receive any visits or gifts. Our cards will accompany the stockings. If

you've thought of attending a Susannah Wesley Circle meeting, we would

love to meet you, so join us, and bring a friend. We welcome women of all

ages. We'll be in the Rose Garden rooms at 7 PM on Tuesday, July

23rd.***Important note for those who feel uncreative or uncrafty: the cards

are already made - all we have to do is color them. Bring your crayons/

markers/colored pencils and come for a relaxing evening***

The Second Term of Summer Adult Sunday School begins July 28.
