At 3aaa, we specialise in the delivery of the Level 3 Web & Social Media Apprenticeship.

We combine these vital, modern sectors to deliver a truly diverse programme in which

your Apprentice will learn a range of different skills such as Social Media, Content

Management, Digital Marketing and Web Development so that they are fully equipped

to meet the needs of your business. Your Apprentice will become pivotal by maximising

your online presence through the power of SEO and Social Media. This will take your

business to the next level with the help of the practical support that your Apprentice

will receive via our in depth training programme.

3aaa Apprentices undertake an initial assessment process prior to joining the

programme. They are all interviewed, assessed on their employability and learning

skills and complete assessments in English, Maths and ICT.

Training:

Your Apprentice will benefit from 25 days training within the initial 12 months of their

Apprenticeship. The training will be a mixture of an initial boot camp and additional day

release (schedule subject to your local academy). Your Apprentice will be trained in our

state of the art facilities by our outstanding trainers. They will complete the following

units:

Knowledge:Unit 20: Web Fundamentals (Level 2)

Unit 23: Communication and Employment Skills (Level 3)

Unit 55: E-Commerce (Level 3)

Unit 53: Web Development ( Level 3)

Competency:Unit 101: Health and Safety (Level 1)

Unit 302: Develop Professionalism (Level 3)

Unit 303: Customer Care (Level 3)

Unit 304: Interpersonal and Written (Level 3)

Unit 425: Designing Website (Level 4)

Unit 331: Website Software (Level 3)

Unit 334: Imaging Software (Level 3)

Additional Units:Unit 301: Principles of Social Media

Unit 302: Keywords & Optimisation

Unit 305: Content Management

Unit 308: Advertising & Promotion

There are excellent progression routes available to your Web & Social Media Apprentice as

they move onto a Level 4 qualification. After completing their dual Level 3 qualification,

they will have the choice of Level 4 Technology or Level 4 Digital Marketing, depending

on which direction they would like to take their career.
