  • Initial audit

    Parameter Audit.

Cell classification set according to FGA.maximumTransmissionPower aligned with maxDlPowerCapabilityFemto (6/cell) defined for all cells with qoffset = -10. Load sharing enabled for F1F2 co-located & non OBIF.Irat neighbor defined for irat cells & ifho neighbor defined for ifho preferred cells.

    Alarms/transport issues.

No major alarm, T1 errors, RSSI issues & VSWR should be present. All cells should be operational.
  • WNCS

Schedule WNCS initially for 2 hrs to find the missing neighbor drops. Then schedule it as required, can be on weekly basis if there are no missing neighbor drops are pegged. Using OSS->RNO.Remember to click Custom Post Processing when scheduling new recording. So we can analyze part of recording while its still on.
  • Time line

Cluster: 30 daysSSV: 5 days.Depending on the market & performance.List of some task to be checked/verified:
  • Moshell basics

MoShell is a text-based O&M client & can provide following services:

    Configuration service (CS)

    Alarm service (AS)

    Performance management service (PM)

    Log service (LS)

    OSE shell (COLI)

    File transfer (ftp/http)

  • Configuration Service

Moshell supports the following 6 operations from the configuration service:

    1. GetChildren to load all or parts of the MO-tree

    2. GetAttribute to read the attributes of an MO

    3. CallAction to perform an action on an MO

    4. SetAttribute to set (change) the value of an MO attribute

    5. CreateMO to create a new MO in the node

    6. DeleteMO to delete an MO from the node

    Alarm Service

Command to get active alarms on site with the command:

al (to show an overview) or ala (Al + more details).

    Performance Management Service

Moshell supports the following operations from the performance management service:

    List Scanners and Event Filters

    Create Scanner

    Stop Scanner

    Resume Scanner

    Delete Scanner

    Set Event Filter

  • Log service

Moshell supports fetching and parsing of the following logs:

    availability log

    system log

    event log

    alarm log

    command log

    O&M security event log

    COLI log

    Hardware inventory log

    JVM events log (upgrade log)

    OSE shell

Any OSE shell command can be typed at the moshell prompt and the output can be piped

through external utilities (which exist in your workstate/server) if required.

    Examples:

    te log read

te log read | grep ERROR

    File transfer

Moshell can download/upload files and directories to/from the node, using http, ftp or sftp.

  • Managed Object Model (MOM)

MOM is a reference document describing all the MO Classes that can exist in a node,, together with their attributes and actions.

Mom utrancell -> to know the info/value associated with utrancell

    Piping

Some commands in moshell support piping,

e.g. All OSE shell commands, lh, tg, str, etc.

This is usually indicated in the menu and the help for that command.

    Some examples are:

te log read | grep ERROR

    help

o show the help and list of commands. Can be used with a command name after to

    show help about that command.

    H

to display lga output with keyword filtered.

    Lga | grep

to filter out with particular date range

    lga -s 20110401 -e 20110402

    -A = aggregate

    -S = Start date Format: yyyymmdd[.hhmm]

    -E = End date

-m = Number of hours - time Backward

-p = Number of hours - time forward
