Front Office Agent is the Primary Role that should be assigned to all users*.

• This is the first Role that managers should assign.

• This Role reflects core OPERA training. Users can build on this foundation to expand their knowledge.

• A property is considered equipped to go live when all Users have taken and successfully completed the Front Office Agent Role.

• Initially, users should be assigned one Role. Additional Roles can be assigned as determined by the Property.

• Courses need to be successfully completed one time. Some courses are offered in multiple roles; i.e. Intro to OPERA is included in all Roles.

*There are a few exceptions: Housekeeping, Accounting & Finance, and Group Sales. These Users should be assigned their specific job Role. Additionally, the Property Champion should complete all courses.
