The Non Metallic Materials Manufacturing Task Group (NMMM) and Non Metallic Materials Testing Task Group (NMMT) was called to order at 8:00 a.m., 20-Oct- 2014.

2.0 NMMT & NMMM REPORT – OPEN

John Tibma presented the Staff Engineer Report.

Recent Activities – review of current mandating primes for both NMMM and NMMT.

Auditor Status

o Jeff Reese completed a satisfactory T2 training audit.

o There are 5 qualified auditors for NMMT and 4 qualified auditors for NMMM.

Audit Statistical Summary (including NMC Statistics)

o The Task Group reviewed NMC statistics and 2014 audit projections.

o The Task Group reviewed both AC7124 and AC7122 top NCR paragraphs/questions.

3.0 INTERLABORATORY PROFICIENCY TESTING (IPT) 2015 PLANNING – OPEN

Elliott Schulte presented details of 2015 IPT which included target dates for relevant stages.

4.0 NMMM & NMMT TFRM 01 ADDENDUMS DISCUSSION – OPEN

Keith Panuska presented revised tfrm01 appendices for auditor observation by Subscribers.

ACTION ITEM: Keith Panuska to review draft forms to remove redundant questions for next meeting. (Due Date: 31-Dec-2014)5.0 REVISED PROCEDURE REVIEW – OPEN

John Tibma presented changes to NOP-011, noting the creation of NMMM failure criteria and highlighting the new Risk Mitigation Team process for failed audits.

6.0 NMMT RAIL ITEM #28 REPORT OUT – OPEN

Rewrite AC7122 question 28.7.2.6, concerning sensor calibration for grip alignment.

ACTION ITEM: PRI to distribute question to NMMM and NMMT subscribers for additional review and comments. (Due Date: 30-Nov-2014)

7.0 AC7122 INTERNAL ROUND ROBIN GUIDELINES – OPEN

Lance Loeks presented round robin protocols. Motion to add proposal to list of items to be added to next checklist revision AC 7122/R. Vote for 21, Waive 1.

ACTION ITEM: A sub-team composed of Lance Loeks (lead), Colin Stuart, Andreas Mastorakis, Pete Atwell, Mike Bemis, & Evelyn Jacobson will establish fiber manufacturer internal round robin criteria based on GE round robin guidelines, Hexcel proposal, & Toray proposal. (Due Date: 01-Feb-2015)

8.0 EXOVA PTP PRESENTATION – OPEN

Julien Corato presented details of the Exova PTP including both sponsor and participant activities.

9.0 PROPOSED AC7122 REVISIONS – OPEN

9.1 AC7122-I, R, P ask question if lab is approved by customer subscribers to be added to Berlin agenda.

ACTION ITEM: PRI to extend due date of existing Action Item #40 to 06-Mar-2015. (Due Date: 31-Oct-2014)

9.2 AC7122 clarification of language defining maximum number of test codes audited

John Key presented proposal for number of job audits for AC7122-P, and motion made to implement into the next checklist amendment. Vote For 15 Against 0.

ACTION ITEM: John Key to provide clarification to AC 7122 handbook in reference to amendment to job audit selection for AC 7122 –P audits. Also, include job audit selection criteria for AC7118. (Due Date: 31-Dec-2014)

ACTION ITEM: John Key and Monica Alcala to review checklist to determine which sections on the QMS may be removed for the audit of a satellite laboratory facility. (Due Date: 31-Jan-2015)

11.0 AC7124 QUESTIONS THAT HAVE NEVER HAD AN NCR WRITTEN AGAINST THEM – OPEN

Vitorio Stana presented the Supplier Support Committee report out.

13.0 NMMT & NMMM AUDITOR PERFORMANCE REVIEW – CLOSED

Proposal made by Andreas Mastorakis and seconded by Colin Stuart to grant SE delegation for AC7122 and request John Tibma to obtain AS9100 Rev C knowledge prior to the Berlin Nadcap Meeting. If knowledge training is not implemented within this timeframe, delegation will be withdrawn for AC7122 and AC7118. Vote For 15 – unanimous.

ACTION ITEM: John Key to review all Task Group delegation requirements relating to AS9100 knowledge and submit to Task Group for review. (Due Date: 01-Feb-2015)

14.1 Auditor Statistics

ACTION ITEM: PRI to follow up on action involving HC from the February Meeting Minutes. (Due Date: 31-Oct-2014)
