1. Use separate entry form (one for boys scout divisions and one for Girl Scout Divisions, one for each child) You may enter on-line or print a paper entry form from our website www.Socalfair.com. If you need an entry form mailed to you, please call our office at 951-657-4221.

2. Age, District, Troop Patrol Number, and Age level and Scout Master must be listed on the entry form.

3. Each entry must have been made or produced by the exhibitor.

4. The signature of a Parent or Guardian is required on the entry form.
