USER GUIDE

Orders can now be placed using our new Order Entry Wizard pattern selector tool!

Need help determining which pattern you need for your vehicle?

• This new addition to the Online Order Entry process is designed to help you find the correct vehicle pattern quickly and easily.

• Answer a few simple questions about the vehicle’s configuration and the tool will return the correct pattern for you. These are the questions that Katzkin Customer Service would ask if you placed an order via phone.

• All current model years are available through the Order Entry Wizard. The Wizard will display a note if a certain make or model is not available through the tool.

• If you prefer to select the pattern that you need yourself, that option is still available.

• Please call Customer Service or your Sales Representative with any questions.

ABOUT THE ORDER ENTRY WIZARD

Begin at Step 1. STEP 1 HAS NOT CHANGED. Select your MAKE / MODEL / YEAR.

The list of available patterns will appear. If you would like to use the Order Entry Wizard, click the button to get started.

STEP 2 – SELECT YOUR PATTERN

The Order Entry Wizard will begin asking you a series of questions relevant to your vehicle. Please ensure that all questions are answered accurately for the vehicle configuration

to ensure a correct pattern match!

The number of questions that appear will vary depending on the vehicle.

Begin answering the questions using the dropdown menus.

Not sure what configuration you have? Click “See Example” to see a helpful image of the available options. The image will display in a new window.

Note: Not all of the options shown in the image will appear in the dropdown menu. Only the options that apply to this vehicle will appear.

Click “Next” to continue.

Once you have made your selections and checked for accuracy, click “Next” to continue. To start over and select a new vehicle, click “Cancel”.

In some cases we may need more information about design or leather content to find your pattern. Follow the on-screen instructions to continue. Example: 2012 Honda Accord EX PLEASE SELECT EITHER FLAT DESIGN OR FACTORY GATHERED DESIGN Click the pattern number to continue to Step 3.

STEP 3 – Customize Your Interior and Continue

Congratulations, we’ve found your pattern! Your pattern will display at the top. Continue selecting the desired interior options as you normally would through the system.

The reminder of the Order Entry continues through the usual process.
