NOTICE
PROCEDURE FOR ONLINE CORRECTION IN APPLICATIONS FOR
WBJEEM-2016
1.
Correction window will remain open from 7th March morning
to 12th March 2016 midnight.
2. Correction will be allowed only for those candidates
who have already registered and paid fees
successfully. New Form filling is not allowed.
3.
Correction by any candidate will be allowed only
once during the period.
4. Candidate has to login with his Application Number
and Password
5. After successful login, candidate will click the link
on left hand side of the page.
6. Candidate’s application form will appear in edit
mode for correction.
7.
System will allow him to update any information including course
applied for (E to M or C or vise
versa, domicile, category, gender, TFW, PwD status, etc.) except
Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name and Date
of Birth.
8.
Candidates, who change from E or M to C must deposit by
hand additional fee of Rs. 100/- in the
WBJEEB office in Kolkata by 18/03/16, failing which their
results will be withheld.
9.
No correction is allowed in Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name,
Father’s Name and Date of Birth.
10.
Editing/correction is a one session process i.e. correction
and new document/certificate uploading
(if applicable) has to be completed in one session. As such,
scanned copy of necessary documents/
certificates must be ready before starting correction.
