for JAL ONLINE. Click cancel. *This

message will not be displayed if you have

３ Flight schedules, available seats, and fares will be displayed. Click the seat availability

symbol ( or ) above the fare of the flight you want to reserve.

Note that if a number is used to indicate seat availability, the number represents the number of

remaining seats. An “ ” indicates that no seats are available.

４ The flight number and the fare for the flight you

selected will be displayed. Review the

information.

Click add a flight if you’d like to make additional

reservations such as your return flight; delete to

select a flight again; and proceed to enter

customer information if you do not have to add or

delete a reservation.

６ Under “Customer information,” enter your name,

age, sex, phone number, and email address.

4 Ticketless ticketing in JAL ONLINE

Click ticket.

*You do not have to enter other information

Complete ticketless ticketing.

You do not have to enter information in the next window.

5 JAL ONLINE advance seat selection

What is ticketless ticketing? This option allows you to

board the flight in your reservation without a paper ticket.

Be sure to complete “ticketless ticketing” within the

ticketing period displayed during reservation. *Note that reservation will be automatically cancelled if ticketing is not completed within

the alloted period.

Click the seat selection button.

Select the seat region (front, middle, etc.).

A seat map will be displayed in which

selectable seats are indicated by a light blue

color.

Select a seat.

The seat number will be displayed.

After reviewing the number, click select seat.

Make sure to write down the reference number. You will need this number to modify or cancel your reservation.

Click proceed to ticketing. Search, select, and review your reserved flights.

6 JAL ONLINE check-in (Touch & Go)

1 If you have an IC JMB/JAL card

Touch the reader at the security check-point with your JMB/JAL card and go to your gate.

*Touch & Go will automatically add miles to the card, so please use only the official card as defined in the “Operation and management manual for mileage cards.”

If you have completed advance seat selection, you can use one of the following

methods to “Touch & Go” (board flight) without checking in at the airport.

If you do not have an IC JMB/JAL card

Display your reservations in review reservation or other windows and select issue a customer copy of e-Ticket to create a customer copy. Touch the reader at the security check-point with the 2D barcode in the printout or an image of the 2D barcode saved on your mobile phone and go to your gate.

1 Select modify, add, cancel, get refund in the main menu to modify or cancel your reservations.
