Dear I have selected your child/children to take part in the exam because I feel they are capable of succeeding in the exam environment at this time. However, exams are completely optional so participation is yours and your child’s choice. Until the exam I need 100% attendance & we may need to arrange an extra rehearsal, I will give you as much notice as possible as to when this may be. Please complete the form & return to me with the appropriate fees via Cash or Bacs (40978122, 09-06-66, ref: your child’s name). Please sign your child in on arrival and sign your child out upon collection. Unfortunately due to space parents/guardians will not be allowed in to wait while exams take place. All dancers taking their exams are to wear their Holly’s outfits with black leggings/joggers with trainers/plimsoles or bare feet. If you do not have a Holly’s t-shirt or hoodie, t-shirts will be supplied on the day.
