Onboarding Instructions for Content Delivered-‐ Automated Posting Service
Reference this document for instructions on how to onboard new Content Delivered-‐ Automated clients by adding their accounts to Hootsuite and enabling their permissions in the Local Income Lab Wishlist.
1. Check for new form submissions daily a. Navigate to www.gmail.com b. Log in with the following credentials:
i. UN: cory.matthews11 ii. PW: Cservices1
c. Search the inbox for emails with the subject line: New submission from {Company Name} Content Delivered Social Media Automation
d. If there are no emails with that subject line in the inbox, no further action needs to be taken
2. For each form submission, complete the following tasks:
a. Facebook Information: i. If the Facebook Information section of the survey has been left blank,
skip to the next section (2b. Google+ Information); otherwise, follow the instructions below:
ii. In a new tab, navigate to www.facebook.com iii. Log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Cservices1
iv. Copy the URL that was provided in the Your Facebook Business Page URL section of the survey and paste it into the tab where you have logged into Facebook
v. Click the “Like” button on the page.
vi. If you experience any issues throughout these steps, please email [email protected]
1. Subject Line: CD Onboarding Issue-‐ Facebook Like 2. Add [email protected] to the “CC’ed” field 3. Identify the survey you are working on. Explain the issue that you
experienced when attempting to “Like” the user’s Facebook page. 4. Skip to the next step (2b. Google+ Information)
b. Google+ Information:
i. If the Google+ Information section of the survey has been left blank, skip to the next section (2c. Twitter Information); otherwise, follow the instructions below:
ii. In a new tab, navigate to www.hootsuite.com iii. Log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Cservices1
iv. Hover your cursor over the top bar where the icons are displayed until the dropdown of all the user accounts appears
v. From this dropdown menu, click the “+” button in the bottom right-‐hand corner
vi. Select the Google+ option from the sidebar and then click the “Submit” button
vii. Copy the email address that was provided in the Gmail Email Address section of the survey and paste it into the Email field in the Hootsuite popup window
viii. Copy the password that was provided in the Gmail Email Password section of the survey and paste it into the Password field in the Hootsuite popup window and click “Sign In”
ix. Click the “Allow access” button
x. Click the Google+ page that was submitted on the survey. You will know that you have selected the page when the green check mark is displayed in the box. Then, click the “Finished Importing” button.
1. If a popup window appears asking for permission to take ownership of the account, click “Transfer”
xi. If you experience any issues throughout these steps, please email [email protected]

2. Add [email protected] to the “CC’ed” field 3. Identify the survey you are working on. Explain the issue that you
experienced when attempting to add the user’s Google+ page to the Cory Matthews Hootsuite account.
4. Skip to the next step below xii. Log out of the [email protected] Hootsuite account.
c. Twitter Information:
i. If the Twitter Information section has been left blank, skip to the next section (2d. LinkedIn Information); otherwise, follow the instructions below:
ii. In the tab that you have open for Hootsuite, log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Sservices1
iii. Hover your cursor over the top bar where the icons are displayed until the dropdown of all the user accounts appears (for visual instruction, reference image associated with step: 2b. Google+ Information, iv)
iv. From this dropdown menu, click the “+” button in the bottom right-‐hand corner
v. Select the Twitter option from the sidebar and then click submit
vi. Copy the username that was provided in the Twitter Username section of the survey and paste it into the Username field in the Hootsuite popup window
i. Copy the password that was provided in the Twitter Password section of
the survey and paste it into the Password field in the Hootsuite popup window and click “Authorize app”
1. If a popup window appears asking for permission to take ownership of the account, click “Transfer”
vii. If you experience any issues throughout these steps, please email [email protected]

experienced when attempting to add the user’s Twitter page to the Shawn Hunter Hootsuite account.
4. Skip to the next step below viii. Log out of the [email protected] Hootsuite account. (for
visual instruction, reference image associated with step: 2b. Google+ Information, xii.)
d. LinkedIn Information:
i. If the LinkedIn Information section has been left blank, skip to the section called 2e. Enable permission in Wishlist; otherwise, follow the instructions below:
ii. In the tab that you have open for Hootsuite, log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Tservices1
iii. Hover your cursor over the top bar where the icons are displayed until the dropdown of all the user accounts appears (for visual instruction, reference image associated with step: 2b. Google+ Information, iv)
iv. From this dropdown menu, click the “+” button in the bottom right-‐hand corner
v. Select the LinkedIn option from the sidebar and then click submit
vi. Copy the username that was provided in the LinkedIn Username section of the survey and paste it into the Username field in the Hootsuite popup window
vii. Copy the password that was provided in the LinkedIn Password section of the survey and paste it into the Password field in the Hootsuite popup window and click “Ok, I’ll Allow It”
viii. In the “Import from LinkedIn” window, ensure that only one LinkedIn page box has a green check mark. This box will be at the very top of the popup window.
ix. Scroll to the bottom of the popup window and click the “Finished Importing” button.

3. Identify the survey you are working on. Explain the issue that you experienced when attempting to add the user’s LinkedIn page to the Topanga Lawrence Hootsuite account.
4. Skip to the next step below xi. Log out of the [email protected] Hootsuite account. (for
visual instruction, reference image associated with step: 2b. Google+ Information, xii.)
e. Enable permission in Wishlist
i. In a new tab, navigate to http://www.localincomelab.com/wp-‐login.php ii. Log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: cmcnally 2. PW: Everpass345
iii. Click the WL Plugins section on the left-‐hand sidebar
iv. Click on the Members tab
v. Copy the email address that was provided in the Email section of the survey, paste it into the Search Users field in the Wishlist and click the “search users” button.
vi. Once you have searched for the user, check to ensure that they already have the “Content Delivered Social Media, Blog and Newsletter Services” permission enabled
1. If the user does not have this permission enabled or if you are unable to find the user, please email [email protected]
a. Subject Line: CD Onboarding Issue-‐ WL Permissions b. Add [email protected] to the “CC’ed” field c. Identify the Survey you are working on d. Skip to the next step (2f. File Survey in Gmail)
vii. Click on the username
viii. Check off the box next to “Content Delivered Social Media Automation” permission
ix. Scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the “Update User” button. x. Check to make sure that the permission was saved by searching for the
user again. You will know that the permission was saved if you are able to view it below the “Levels” category.
f. File Survey in Gmail i. Navigate back to the survey that is open in the
[email protected] email account. ii. Select the file button and choose the Accounts Created-‐ Complete file
option.
3. Check for new Facebook admin notifications daily a. Navigate to www.gmail.com b. Log in with the following credentials:
i. UN: cory.matthews11 ii. PW: Cservices1
c. Search the inbox for emails with any of the subject lines below: i. You’re now a manager of {Company Name} ii. You’re now a content creator of {Company Name}
4. For each Facebook Admin notification, complete the following tasks: a. Facebook Information:
i. In a new tab, navigate to www.hootsuite.com ii. Log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Gservices1
iii. Hover your cursor over the top bar where the icons are displayed until the dropdown of all the user accounts appears (for visual instruction, reference image associated with step: 2b. Google+ Information, iv.)
iv. From this dropdown menu, click the “+” button in the bottom right-‐hand corner
v. Select the Facebook option from the sidebar and then click “Submit”
vi. A pop-‐up window will appear requesting Facebook login information, log in with the following credentials:
1. UN: [email protected] 2. PW: Cservices1
vii. In the “Import from Facebook” window, scroll to the bottom of the “Facebook Pages:” section and find the Facebook page associated with the notification you have open in Gmail.
viii. Click the Facebook page box so that a green check mark appears in place of the “+” and click the “Finished Importing” button
ix. If you experience any issues throughout these steps, please email [email protected]
1. Subject Line: CD Onboarding Issue-‐ Facebook 2. Add [email protected] to the “CC’ed” field 3. Identify the Company Name you are working. Explain the issue
that you experienced when attempting to add the user’s Facebook page to Hootsuite.
4. In Gmail, star the notification and leave the notification in the inbox
5. If you were unable to connect to the Facebook Page in the George Feeny Hootsuite account, do not complete any more of the tasks below.
x. Log out of the [email protected] Hootsuite account. (for visual instruction, reference image associated with step: b. Google+ Information, xii.)
b. File Notification in Gmail i. Navigate back to the notification that is open in the
[email protected] email account. ii. Select the file button and choose the Facebook Admin Verification-‐
Completed file option
c. Remove user from InfusionSoft Sequence: i. In Gmail, navigate to the “Accounts Created-‐ Complete” folder and find
the survey associated with the Facebook notification that you just filed away
1. Look for the Company Name in the Subject Line
ii. Click to open the associated survey iii. In a new tab, navigate to https://jj104.infusionsoft.com/app/form/na23 iv. Copy the email address that was provided in the Email section of the
survey and paste it into the Email field in the form and “Submit”
