Dear Convention Division:

I hereby authorize SHAAN WORLD TRAVELS, NEW DELHI to coordinate the registration and housing for the Lions of Multiple District 321.

We understand that Lions Clubs International will work directly with the Agency to register Lions for the convention and to secure accommodations. It is also understood that all convention confirmations will be mailed directly to the Agency and not to individual Lions. The Agency will be responsible for communicating all information directly to the Lions.

In accordance with Lions Clubs International policy, our district and the Agency have agreed to abide by the policy as stated in the Tour Coordinator Information and Time Schedule.

Our district understands that Lions are not required to use the services of the approved Agency representing the district. Lions can submit their housing and registration requests directly to Lions Clubs International on an individual basis. Furthermore, we are aware that all requests for registration and housing are honored on a first-come, first-served basis with proper payment and forms.

Cancellation PolicyOnce Visa is issued booking amount will become non refundable In case Visa is denied or even VISA is not applied Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) will be deducted frombooking amount and balance will be refunded. In the event of cancellation of tour by any delegates following cancellation charges will apply in addition to above visa fee & Registration fee paid60 days or above to the departure: Rs. 40,000/-59 days to 21 days to the departure: 50% of the Total PackageLess then 21 Days or cannot travel due to any reason: 100% of the total Package(All cancellation requests has to be made in writing to our office for initiating the process)

Note :The above price is based on minimum of 40 pax travelling together on one itinerary. The airfare & Dollar rate are taken as on date 9th October 2014 any changes in future will have its subsequent effect in the package price.The part of package for overseas ground arrangement will be taken in Dollar out of BTQ as per govt. regulation.
