Spa experience, we ask you to arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of your

scheduled time which will allow you to use the hydra facilities.

- If you do arrive late for a reservation, we will do our

best to accommodate you, but please be aware that it may be necessary to

decrease your treatment time with respect to the next reservation. Full costs

remain applicable.

– We understand you may need to

change your reservation. We ask that you give notice of a minimum of 6

working hours. Reservations cancelled within 4 hours will incur a fee.

Reservations cancelled within 2 hours or a ‘no show’ will incur full payment.

- Please inform Olympus Spa

reception at the moment of your booking and your Therapist if you have any

known medical conditions, ailments, allergies or are taking any medication.

– Disposable underwear, robe, slippers and

towels will be provided however a bathing suit is necessary for the steam,

sauna and swimming pool, which is not provided.

– Yes you can, however please help us to maintain

a tranquil environment by placing your mobile phone in silent mode.

- You must be 16 years of age and

above. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

– Lockers are provided; however, we

strongly recommend that you arrive at Olympus Spa without your valuables.

Olympus Spa or Hyatt Regency Petrovsky Park cannot accept responsibility

for any loss or damage of any kind.

– Of course, these can be personalized as a

treatment or monetary value. They are beautifully presented and make the
