PSV combines the international spirit and the strength of the brand Parcol with the efficiency and quality of SVC products. Since 2016 PSV is proudly the technology licensor for the line of SVC safety valves.

The effects of exceeding safe pressure levels in an unprotected pressure vessel or system can cause catastrophic disaster for both plants and personnel. PSV safety relief valves are designed to automatically discharge gas, vapor, steam, liquid or biphase mixture from any pressurized system. All PSV safety valves are full nozzle valve in order to guarantee the most suitable material for temperature, pressure and corrosive condition of the process fluid is used. Furthermore, full nozzle valve design improves seat tightness and simplifies maintenance. The spring is manufactured and tested in accordance with our own very strict specifications so that repeatability and long life expectancy are assured. The double spherical coupling between the sliding parts ensures almost free rotation, axial load, set pressure accuracy and seat tightness. PSV can provide safety valves with conventional or balanced configuration. Conventional safety valves can be used on systems where the built-up back pressure is included within 10%. When a constant superimposed back pressure exists, a conventional safety valve should be set at the differential pressure. Balanced bellows safety valves are statically balanced and minimize the effect of back pressure with built-up back pressure over 10% or superimposed back pressure.

All PSV valves are manufactured in accordance with ASME approved Quality Assurance Program and certified/registered ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Program. Quality controlled manufacturing and testing programs ensure that each valve manufactured provides long and reliable service. Valve production quality is guarateed by NBBI periodical tests. with special materials (Hastelloy, Incoloy, Inconel, Monel, Titanium…).

Constant support for optimization of

present PSV products and the development of new line valves is achieved by our technical department also with 3Dmodeling, flow analysis with CFD and FEM structural analysis. PSV factory is provided by:

I. Capacity test line for gas and water service.

II. Capacity test line for steam service for V stamp valve.

III. Spring test device for controlling springs in accordance with ASME VIII-1 requirements.
