What is Office 365 and the Cloud?

• Cloud based service provided by Microsoft.

• Documents and Files are held on a server with Microsoft.

• They are available to access from any device with a web browser.

• Tablet, Phone, Laptop etc..

• Don’t need the Office products installed on your device, all documents are editable in the browser.

• Name of the personal Cloud storage provided by Microsoft.

• 25Gb per user which is free under a Education license.

(Office 365 only).

Document Sharing

• Share documents with as many users as you like inside and outside of your organisation.

• Live editing with multiple users.

• Uses Office Web Apps which provides a familiar user experience.
