The Ridge at Johnstown is a 256 acre, master-planned, mixed-use development with immediate access to I-25 via the developing Highway 402 interchange.

Cushman & Wakefield, as exclusive agents, is pleased to present multiple prime commercial lots ranging from one to twenty (1-20) acres for retail, office, and industrial uses.

On-site development is highly flexible as build-to-suits, sales, and leasing of commercial lots are available to prospec-tive users. With over 2,700 feet of frontage on I-25, the property is one of the most prominent in the region providing unpar-alleled visibility to more than 100,000 vehicles per day.

This new PUD-MU zoned development will include retail, office, medical, commercial and residential components. While still in the early stages of planning, there is flexi-bility in parcel sizes and configurations.

The plan currently allows for retail and office uses fronting I-25, and commercial, medical and residential uses towards the center and eastern portion of the site.

Please call the listing agents for additional details.
