- This information is required to enter the new hire into the new hire database/SAP, request a Lotus Notes ID, and create an
employee number. This form must be completed and submitted with Offer/Contract Approval Form for ALL Offers/hires.

Instructions and Process for Offer/Contract Approval & New Hire Forms
Offer/Contract Approval and New Hire Form must be submitted with all required documentation (Resume / CV, etc.).
This Approval Form will serve as a cover letter for the Offer/Contracts Creation Request.
If Offer/Contract is within approved compensation guidelines (Defined as):
- The Title of the job is Less than VP.
- Total Cash Compensation of our offer is within Min to Max within the salary range of position.
- Total Cash Compensation of our offer is within 50% of their present Total Cash Compensation OTE.
- The offer does NOT have Relocation, Sign On bonus, nor Equity.
- The offer base salary is at or below $250/k USD.
Offer/Contract process is as follows:
- Recruiter completes all of Sheet 1 and sends to Hiring manager for approval.
- Recruiter forwards hiring manager's approval email to Hiring manager's supervisor for approval.
- Hiring manager Supervisor approves and sends to Recruiter.
- Recruiter completes sheet 2 for ALL offers. If outside of GlobalSource, HM to assist by completing top half of sheet 2; Recruiter completes bottom half.
- When sheet 1 and 2 are complete with approvals Recruiter sends all documents to Recruiting Coordination to create offer letter/contract.
- Recruiting Coordination creates offer letter/contract, sends to Recruiter. Recruiter reviews and sends to HM and next level HM for review.
- Upon HM and Recruiter review, Recruiting Coordination sends offer/contract to candidate.
If Offer/Contract is OUTSIDE approved compensation guidelines (Defined as):
- The Title of the job is VP Greater.
- Total Cash Compensation of our offer is Outside of Max within the salary range of position.
- Total Cash Compensation of our offer is Above 50% of their present Total Cash Compensation OTE.
- The offer has one or more of the following: Relocation, Sign On bonus, and/or Equity.
- The offer base salary is Above $250/k USD.
Offer/Contract process is as follows:
- Recruiter completes all of Sheet 1 and sends to Hiring manager for approval.
- Recruiter forwards hiring manager's approval email to Compensation (Regional / Global or Executive).
- Regional / Global or Executive Compensation enters compensation amounts and sends back to Recruiter.
- Recruiter sends this approved email with compensation data to Hiring Manager's Supervisor for Approval.
- Hiring Manager's supervisor approves and sends back to Recruiter.
- Recruiter completes sheet 2 for ALL offers. If outside of GlobalSource, HM to assist by completing top half of sheet 2; Recruiter completes bottom half.
- When sheet 1 and 2 are complete with approvals Recruiter sends all documents to Recruiting Coordination to create offer letter.
- Recruiting Coordination creates offer letter/contract, sends to Recruiter. Recruiter reviews and sends to HM and next level HM for review.
- Upon HM and Recruiter approval, Recruiting Coordination sends offer/contract to candidate.
- Regional Compensation Approval for offers/contracts above $250k (USD) base salary, please expect a 3-5 day turnaround.
- Global Compensation Approval is required if:
- The Hiring Manager is in a different country than the candidate.
- The Candidate will be hired into a country outside of their home country.
- For Countries on GlobalSource, please attach the fully approved form to the Candidate Profile aligned to the candidate Offer/Contract.
- For Countries not on GlobalSource, a copy of the fully approved form should be kept in the same manner as other hard copy candidate/new hire documents.
- A fully approved form implies that each party has read and approved the offer letter and the approval form details.
- New Hire Sheet (Page 2) must be completed prior to an offer being sent out.
- It is the responsibility of the CSC Recruiter to ensure this form is completed.
- No Offer can be created without both of these forms being fully completed and all offer approvals obtained.

- For all Sr. Principal and Above Offers with Term Sheet- Draft of Offer Letter and Term Sheet to be reviewed by Gene Propopio prior to being signed by Recruiter and extended to candidate. Offer letter will be cross-referenced against Term Sheet (Gene Creates) to ensure accuracy of offer letter details.
