In terms of section 15 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1992 (Act 29 of 1992), and after consul­tation with the Sea Fishery Advisory Council, I hereby determine, that the total allow­able catch for the year 1997, in respect of the species of fish specified in the first column of the Table below, for the purpose of allocating quotas during the period specified in the second column of that Table opposite each such species, shall be as specified opposite such species in the third column of the Table.
