This modular course is dedicated to end-users who want to get

a better functional understanding of Odoo/OpenERP.

This course is meant to give an overview of the core

Odoo/OpenERP features allowing for a general understanding of

the software.

2) Technical Training

This course is dedicated to customer’s developers and

individuals or who need to grasp knowledge of the Odoo

development process.

This course is for new developers or for IT professionals eager

to learn more about the Odoo technical aspects.

Training Program - Functional

Duration: 5 days

Objectives: The functional training offers you thorough knowledge in usability of the software.

Objective is to use all of Odoo and overview of the features up to full exercises,

to understand and master complete functional processes and analyze basic data.

Day 1: Introduction, module setup, CRM, sales cycle, Purchases cycle

Day 2: Warehouse management, basics of Manufacturing, Project

management

Day 3: Human Resources, Contract management, leave requests, payslips

… etc.

Day 4: Advanced accounting, analytical accounting, budgeting, financial

reporting, journal entries … etc.

Day 5: Access rights, Import/Export, Introduction to workflows edition

and report design.

and access rights

Work with the software on a daily basis

Here is a preliminary schedule for the technical training

Day 1: System architecture, general concepts, installation and

development environment setup, creating modules, models, views, menus

and demo data

2. Day 2: Models, fields, relations, sequences, and options Model

inheritance and overriding existing functionality

3. Day 3: Views, on-change, domains, contexts, attrs, search, colors and

view types, View inheritance, XPath and overriding existing functionality

4. Day 4: Security model, groups and permissions, Reports, Web modules
