Taste of I taly is a fo o d and wine tasting event. With Taste of I ta ly admiss ion, guests

receive tast ing t ickets that they can use at any booth for food and beverages. For each

taste you provide, guests wi l l give you a t icket . You may NOT accept cash or other

payment methods.

I have a ABC l icense to sel l alcohol direc tly to public. Can I sel l wine or other

b everages by the b ottle or c ase in my b o oth? No. You may only provide tastes to

guests.

How much wine or b everage constitutes a “taste”?

A taste is a 2- ounce pour of wine, a 4- ounce pour of beer, .75- ounce pour of spir i ts , and

a 5-6 ounce pour of non-alcohol ic beverages.

Please communic ate this information to the staff that wil l b e ser ving.

What do the t ickets lo ok l ike?

The t icket you wi l l col lec t i s p ic tured to the r ight . This i s the ONLY t icket you may

col lec t . You may not provide “ f ree” samples.

What should I do with the t ickets?

You and your staf f wi l l col lec t the t ickets and put them in the sealed box provided. At

the end of the event an IAMLA staf f member wi l l col lec t the box.

Where c an the guests buy t ickets?

With Taste of I ta ly admiss ion, guests receive tast ing t ickets. Guests can purchase

addit ional tast ing t ickets at the event , i f they choose.
