JOB DESCRIPTION

Area: Talent Management

Position: Organizational Committee President Reports to: VP Talent Management Period: From August 24th to October, 2011. Job Description The OCP will be in charge of the organization of the Newbies’ AIESEC Day. He/she will be responsible for the event’s planning, organization and realization. The main focus of the OC will be to promote AIESEC to the newbies. The OCP will also be responsible for the management of the team, and for the accomplishment of all the goals established on this document. Basic Responsibilities

Planning of goals, strategies and activities among the members of the OC;

Structure the processes for the OC for the fulfillment of the goals;

Train and track the OC members;

Ensure a Team Experience among the OC members.

Inform VP TM and LCP about the OCs progress.

Coordinate the activities done within the OC.

Ensure that the event’s promotion is done.

Give support to the OC members (if needed)

Measures of Success

All newbies attending the event.

Job Description The VP ER for the OC OGR is responsible for making the necessary networking in order to get sponsorships (species or nonspecies) for the event. This is to ensure that the event has food and drinks for its assistants. Basic Responsibilities

Develop selling skills.

Contact enterprises and ask for an appointment.

Attend appointments with the enterprises and sell the event.

Keep the assigned enterprises in the CRM updated.

Food and Drink availability during the event.

Job Description This person will be in charge of coordinating every activity possible for the OC, in order to ensure the availability of each person involved in the process, when necessary. Also, this person will be in charge of managing the Newbies attending list, and getting the place and the necessary resources to ensure the event’s realization. Basic Responsibilities

Send an application to the newbies for them to fill up, in order to confirm

assistance

Keep track of the attendees during the event’s planning and realization.

Get the place where the event will be held.

Get the needed resources that will be needed for the event.

Get the needed resources for the Facis.
