• Feedback can take the form of an alert, an idea forconsideration, or a question.
• Well written, clear, and concise descriptions will facilitatetimely and accurate responses.
• Requestors should ensure that feedback requests providesufficient detail to clarify issues or questions.
• Client performance issues (Method 2) do not need tocontain specific details; however reference to reports,metrics, and related activities will assist with follow up bythe Certification Body (CB).
• The feedback process should not be used as an arbitrationmechanism. Document Representative questions shouldrelate to intent of the standard only - not specificscenarios.
• The feedback function should not be used for solicitationpurposes.

• Timely response (within 30 days) to feedback requests ismonitored and metrics have been established by the IAQGOther Party Management Team (OPMT).
• When requested, Certification Bodies (CB) are required toinvestigate the feedback received and to respond within onemonth (Ref. 9104/1, Clause14.3.c).
• Unsatisfactory responses shall be resolved using the escalationprocess (Ref. 9104/1, Clause14.3.d). (e.g. Unresolved CBissues should be escalated to the CB’s respective AccreditationBody).
• Lessons learned will be used by all stakeholders to improve theIndustry Controlled Other Party (ICOP) certification process.

Audit Results Data
In addition to the feedback function, the OASISdatabase also facilitates customer electronic access toICOP scheme AQMS audit results.
Access to the audit results is managed exclusively by thecertified organization’s OASIS database administrator.
If granted access, the data is provided for internal useby the user or the user's associated company, for thepurpose of supplier review and surveillance.
The user shall agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy,sell, resell, or exploit the data for any other purpose.
