Description StatusSub standard Practice– One MEPI supervisor climbed from the first stage of the scaffold to the second stage passing through handrail.
Sub standard Practice – DESCON trailer entered C-30 road, blocking the traffic for 30 minutes.
Near Miss – Welding machine was found ON condition at podium at 08.30 PM.
Sub standard practice – No safety latch on the hook of 150 T crane at reclamation area.
Sub standard practice – Wire rope and spring of TRIPOD GRAB not working properly.
Near miss – TOYOTA HIACE, ADGAS vehicle found over speeding near plant-26.
Near miss- Rear door of the tipper truck was not locked while carrying pre-cast manhole.

The Delta was increase and Need for Recovery Pour Concrete 1 200 M3 every week for minimum during next 12 weeks.
Delays by Aggregate / Bad Weather /Capacity of Harbour for UnLoad/Load .Planning and Coordination.
2. Concrete poured last Thursday 10 July 2008 ------------ 84.0 M3Total concrete poured This Week -------------- 671.5 M3Total Qty Concrete Poured until this Week ---------------- 8757.68 M3
3. ADGAS is looking for Additional Area for storage more Qty of Aggregates. On initial Area requested by MEPI is on process for approval

4. Radios provided by MEPI have now 3 to 6 New channels and Target/MEPI will be contact Safeer for give to him all information that we request and test for direct communications with CCB / CCR. Ongoing.
5. QHSE & QA / QC Audit was closed 10 July 2008 . Inform with conclusion and Actions will be sending after close Meeting in Abu Dhabi.QA/QC Engineer at Das expect on July 2008. Action by Ed - Livingston / C Foster.ADGAS is requesting MEPI for Filling remaining positions on Site, special on QA/QC, Planning and Piping Areas

6. Construction Jetty.Sea chart : Done. We have from Furgo / Constain. Survey was done in Dec 2005. TRA & MS. DoneIntegrity & Safety of Construction : 2 core drills was performed. DoneClean Debris : Started with Priority on Area that will be used by OAG-1. Ongoing.Temporary light : ADGAS Maintenance Stores have all parts for re - establish service. Ongoing.Mooring Anchor Blocks : Noble Denton Study provide another Mooring Anchor Concrete Block positions and coordinates. Some of there are the same ofExisting Anchor Blocks on sea bed.Defenders : According with Noble Denton, we need take off old defenders and put New ones or if PPA accept, we can use old big Tired that we have and we used time before on Harbour ? Ongoing.Buoys : Purchasing. Ongoing.
7. Area Plant 19 :a. Reclamation / shore protection: ADGAS requested to MEPI Qty and Prices
Drawing and scope of work was sent to MEPI.b. Area close to liquid Flare need level using excavated material. ADGAS will
request ADMA permission for start to work.

8. Flare Area: MEPI start the job. The area was demark with bonders for radiation.
9. Modules : PAR 217 was Transported to Podium.PAR 216 will be Transported to Podium Today.205 & 206, are storage on Harbour Area from 27 June 2008 until after install of Modules 201/202/203 that arrived to Harbour.Gatching: Done. SPMT: Is OK.Foundations for Modules 217 & 216 are ready for receive Modules. DESCON 500t crane was assembled in Podium Area. Functional and Load Test were performed.A1 Route is ready for Transport of Modules.Permissions are ready for Transport of Modules PAR 217 / 216.
10. ADGAS Requesting to MEPI for re-start the welding work and back filling on Pipes Process Area sides East & West, there are two Lines 12 inches diameter Fresh Water and Fire Water are on open trenches from time ago. ONGOING.
11. ADGAS is requesting, better protection for compact material on route, close to PAR 217. ONGOING.
12. ADGAS is requesting, What is the detail Plan for Install the Modules PAR 216 & 217. DONE.
13. ADGAS is requesting, When will be start of construction assembling for PAR 220/219/218.
14. ADGAS is very concern with Planning Activities for future Next Weeks and also very concern with Activities that were stopped long time ago and No re started again without any Technical Issue, example Open Trenches for Fire Water / Fresh Water Lines, Flare are dumped, Excavated Material, Erection Modules PAR 220/219/218. ONGOING.
15. ADGAS require MS for interconnection Piping & Modules.
